Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Pajaro Dunes

LOVE Pajaro dunes ! Everything was exactly as described ! The only thing is that the description mentioned no essentials, which we ended up bringing our own. Once arrival we discovered that they had everything that you needed ! Now I know for next time not to carry everything from my kitchen. This place was everything we needed and more. Felt right at home. The one thing is that the bed was uncomfortable but other then that the view was beautiful and my family and I would definitely come again !

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

The place was great! Both bedrooms were a good size and had closets and dressers to put clothes away. The entire space was really clean and felt comfortable. The property has heated pools, a playground, walking paths and beach access. It was great for us and our two young kids!

Russell was super friendly and helpful. Bicycles were a nice touch! So many great beaches and hikes nearby and just a short walk to yoga class. Thank you!

Beautiful resort and a fabulous room! It was very spacious and well stocked. A little pricey....but that's the economy - would absolutely book again in the future if possible

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

This house is awesome for family adventures. It had every possible amenity for a vacation getaway you could need. The house was spotless upon our arrival and well-organized, with a detailed list of items available to ensure you had a great time. The Pacific Ocean is viewable from the second floor porch which seated six comfortably around the propane fire pit. There were many toys available for families traveling with children. Our toddler granddaughter really enjoyed playing with the many toys. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances. The location was just a few minutes' drive to downtown Monterey and Fisherman's Wharf. We absolutely recommend this Airbnb house in the Monterey area. Our host Meli was awesome. She communicated with us from the time we made the reservation until we left. Her instructions for the house were clear and concise. We contacted her twice while we were there and she responded to our questions within minutes. Meli is a top-notch host.

Nice rental which met our needs and was very comfortable. We felt at home and had everything we needed. Brit and Alan were very helpful and responsive. Good private outdoor space. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Great location both for Santa Cruz (all within walkable distance) and for longer trips to Monterey bay by car and beyond. Nice having the bikes. Would definitely recommend.

This was our third year using Donna’s home for our week-long annual trip to the Monterey peninsula. We have always been pleased with our stay, and this year was no different. Donna’s home has everything a family or group could need. The home has always been clean and tidy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to most of the points of interest in this area including golf courses, the popular Monterey Bay Aquarium/Fisherman’s Wharf, and Laguna Seca Raceway. Her communication has been friendly and clear - no troubles to speak of. If you are considering a stay in this area, either short or longer term, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

We absolutely LOVED our stay!! Everything was perfect. It was exactly as described…actually it was better! The house was spacious, clean, cozy, and super close to the beach! We loved getting coffee in the morning and walking the beach, pizza by the slice for lunch and delicious restaurants close by for dinner. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit the area. Thank you so much for being such an incredible host!

Our stay here was amazing, the space was clean, bright with lots of natural light, amazing private backyard. We came with 2 little kids and all had a great time, they provided us a crib which was ready to go when we arrived. They had so much fun playing outside! The hosts really thought about their guests and had so many household essentials available. Thank you!

10/10 recommend this property and this host!! Everything was perfect and just as described! The view of the ocean was amazing, and and the resort property, restaurant, pools and walking paths were all excellent. Another thing we appreciated was that we didn’t have excessive steps to do to be able to leave. We had an amazing time and plan to come back!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. This place was perfect! Views as promised!! Clean, smartly decorated, special touches like a makeup mirror, toilet area separate from the sink, shower, comfortable bed and soft linens, throw blankets for comfort, 2 huge TVs , Nice restaurants within walking distance, pool, beach, trails, observation platform…. We totally loved it here! Would highly recommend and would go again if the opportunity arises. Unfortunately we had to leave early…. I’m still sad about that! But no fault of theirs! Owners were very responsive, helpful and positive.
