The place is great, it’s near everything. The only issue, and it’s not the host fault, it’s the elevators. It’s in a busy location so people are going in and out of the elevators, so you’re waiting around 10 minutes before you reach the location

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The unit was spotless and had a lot of amenities available to use, it truly felt like home where you can cook and wash your laundry. Good wifi and free Netflix too if you get bored. As for noise and surrounding, its a pretty peaceful neighborhood. Besides the occational train passing by during the day, it pretty quiet. You can have a peaceful sleep. The location was great too, just a walking distance from the train station and other public transportation options. There's a convenience store at the ground floor and another 7eleven just around the block, its nearby plenty of places to eat too—local diners, fast food chains or street snacks, take your pick. Check-in & out process was smooth too, the host is very responsive as well and they even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since we arrived earlier than expected. Definitely would stay again in the future.

Absolutely amazing stay. Stunning view over Greenbelt with a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset. The place was clean and comfortable with everything you need to be self sufficient. Patrick was very responsive and always quick to support. Well recommended.

I had a wonderful stay, there are many good restaurants nearby and stores. The surrounding area is well guarded making you feel safe. The TV is large and they have a pool on the 2nd floor. I definitely recommend it to any of my friends

Without a doubt, this was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The loft has a great view of the city through the main window. Most importantly, Ton was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, i greatly appreciate his kindness & hospitality. I felt right at home throughout my stay.

It is a nice and cozy place to stay while in the Metro!

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

We had a wonderful stay! Sir Carlo and Ma’am Patricia provided excellent service—they were very responsive to all my questions and made sure all our requests were attended to. My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! This was our second stay at Joyce’s apartment, and once again, everything was perfect. We love the great location, the cosy atmosphere, and of course, the amazing view from the 46th floor. Communication with Joyce is always smooth and easy, which makes the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is the 2nd time stayed at alvin’s condo, felt like my own place,. In a great location, close to major highways and mall. A lot food places around the area. The unit itself was pefect fit for 1-2 person. Nice living room and full kitchen. Highly recommend the place specially for longer stay. Nice place to stay the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The place was located in a quiet area, which was ideal for a peaceful stay. The host were very helpful and answered all our questions.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

I rented this apartment for my colleague for her first trip to Makati and Mark went above and beyond, as usual, to make it a great and easy experience for her. Thanks for another lovely stay to Mark and the team!

Ms. Lisa is a very responsive host; she will make sure that your stay will be stress-free. The room is very clean, everything you need is there already, and the bonus is very fast Wi-Fi.
