Really enjoyed our stay here, close to everything you need and in an amazing area. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pablo's place is located in front of the Armenians Inmigrantes Square with a dozen of restaurants around. It's walkable to public transportation and many places to drink and eat. It has a lot of space to cook, chill and I even used as a Home Office during my visit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, Aircon and fast internet. The communication with Pablo was great even we did a last minute reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

The purpose of our stay was just to rest as we arrived at night and left early the next day. The apartment was very clean, the sheets smelled good, very comfortable and quiet, we were able to rest well and continue with our trip. Super clear instructions. I would like to come back with more time to enjoy the apartment and the area that looked very nice, with several cafes and venues on the same street.

I loved my stay in Buenos Aires. The apartment's location is ideal, as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and with everything you need. I also highlight Joaquín's excellent service, always attentive and kind. I would definitely come back!

The only problem with this place… You won’t want to leave! Such a great place I found myself wanting to spend all my time there. Right above the action in Palermo without being “in it” all. Really safe. Great staff. Awesome host. Superbly designed. Perfect for work, relaxation or play. If this place happens to be available for your dates. Book it!

Fernando's Place was perfect, conveniently located in a great bulding complex with several amenities, and walking distance from many BA attractions, communication was great , always proactive and very responsive, greatly recommended, Cesar and Kathy

Excellent apartment, I was the first to live in it and I had an inconvenience with the calefon in which there was no hot water but Syl acted fast for me to be resolved, I mention it as the only inconvenience I had, the rest of the stay was 10 points and I'm already all set for the next guests.

well located apartment, very quiet environment, very warm shower, wonderful bed, warm air conditioning. Everything was perfect, the only thing that bothered me was the elevator in the building that makes a lot of noise when someone uses it, so you can hear everything from the apartment, but other than that everything was very good. I would definitely come back.

The apartment is in a very nice block, less than ten minutes walk from the Mercado de San Telmo. The neighborhood has nice markets in the nearby squares, good restaurants and a lively atmosphere. Facundo and Dani were extremely attentive and helpful. The apartment is a nice loft with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's an excellent option if you're in Buenos Aires.
