Holiday rentals with beach access in Palese, Bari

Looking to avoid the touristy Rome, Florence, and other crowded Italian cities, but still want that Italian experience with all the beauty and activity that comes with it? Come to Bari and stay here! This place was perfect! Right in the middle of Old Town, with a big beautiful wooden front door exiting into a slew of restaurants, wineries, and people. Not too flashy and not too drab. It's just perfect! And the terrace overlooking the water? Seriously, you will not get a better deal than this if you choose Bari as your visiting city. Finally, the host was super awesome and responsive. Flexible check in, great recs, and just great personality. We accidently locked ourselves out one day and when we messaged them, they got us back in within less than an hour. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town, that is, if it is available. Don't wait if it is. Just book!

We were very pleased with our stay. Host Giacomo was very responsive and always answered our questions very quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is optimal for two people, very tastefully decorated and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare small meals yourself. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. My family and I stayed at Livia’s apartment during our stay in Polignano a Mare and this was our favourite stay during our entire trip to Puglia. Andrea was so kind and went above and beyond recommending restaurants and places to see and visit during our stay. On our first night it was late when we checked in and he helped us get a table at a very popular restaurant. The apartment was so clean and spotless. It was also very modern and spacious. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed as well as beach towels and drinks! It is in the most perfect location as it is a short and easy walk to the main area. If you’re visiting Polignano definitely stay at Livia’s apartment.

We loved our stay at Claudia's place. Everything was even more beautiful and stylish than in the photos. Claudia has decorated the house very tastefully. She also ensured a good check-in and check-out. We got good tips from restaurants, etc. We enjoyed this romantic stay in molfetta and would definitely come back here. We can highly recommend staying with Claudia.

We love our stay. The place is super comfortable and cozy. The location is great and easy to access, while not being a noisy street. Rafaelle and his wife welcomed us very well and gave us good tips about Polignano. Rafaelle took us to a local cafe, always very helpful. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful stay. Angelo is a very nice host - he picked us up from the station, told us what we would find in the immediate vicinity and what we should visit. He prepared a whole box of tourist leaflets of the surrounding towns, and even a beach umbrella for his guests. We felt very cared for. The view from the terrace to the sea - amazing. We highly, highly recommend it!

Fabulous! Riccardo was the best host ever. He picked us up from the station, gave us great local recommendations and checked in on us during our stay. The apartment is on a pleasant street, within easy walking distance of the station and old town and there is a supermarket opposite (and many restaurants nearby). The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. The balcony is spacious and a great place to sit in the morning or evening. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Absolutely amazing place, and one of the best views for the sunset and sunrise in Polignano a Mare. We stayed a week and the house is incredible, with the sea view, balconies, roof terrace and rooftop. Walking distance from everywhere. Jacqueline was nice and very helpful, gave us plenty of good tips. Lots of steps and tiny bathrooms but we loved them too.

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel like home. Small culinary attentions awaited us, two bicycles that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, without forgetting the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything, including the barbecue. You don't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc... They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that is to go back. Thank you for allowing us to have a good stay. Brigitte and Victor

Carlos’s beautiful waterfront apartment was ideal for enjoying a few nights in Molfetta. The place was spotlessly clean, was exactly as described and had useful instructions about the apartment itself as well as the town of Molfetta. We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.

The city is exciting and the accommodation allows you to walk through all the central points with tranquility at any time. Market next door, proximity to the center and a beautiful waterfront! We went by car to visit neighboring cities and it was essential to rent the garage separately with Vito, it is almost impossible to park in the neighborhood (the spaces are reserved for residents or non-existent). I emphasize that the house is a unique environment with a partition between bedroom and living room. Vito offers a special check-in and guides you on the main tours, restaurants and reservations.

This house apartment is located in the suburbs of Santo Spirito de Bari, a former fishing village that has become residential and festive. This isn't a beach. It's quiet and relaxed but a little chic too. Distance from Bari: 45 min by bus n 1, frequent. Festive, so a little noisy on weekends. Very pleasant atmosphere, in the evening of families in the squares, in the morning cappucino in front of the port; fishermen bring their tide, beautiful fish and shellfish for almost nothing. All vegetables and fruits on the main street, caterers and wine shops. Numerous restaurants for all purses. In the evening, you can dine on the fabulous rooftop of the apartment with views of the whole small harbor, the terraces. A good life, really. I would highly recommend this place. We had a lovely relaxing time with the beach so close and an easy walk into central Bari. The flat had a good energy and was very comfortable. We loved the vinyl record player and the variety of music to suit different moods. Maurizio was an excellent host and the information in the flat was very useful. We very much appreciated him organising a taxi for us to take us to the airport as there was a train strike that day. Great stay Maurizio - Grazie Mille!
