Enjoyed Nihal's place. Was very proactive in helping us with local restaurants, supplies, must do things and so on. Property was also as advertised and is located in a paceful area nearby metro. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

locatie, locatie locatie! top plek aan west palm beach met top restaurants en beachclubs. zwembad op het dak is leuk maar druk en wat rommelig. dit is geen probleem door alle mogelijkheden op loop afstand! het is een aanrader.

Great apartment and fantastic views. Superb location and walking distance to restaurants, shopping mall and supermarkets. Enjoyed Riva Beach Club which was complimentary along with the private beach. Enjoyed our early morning swims and walks on the private beach. Definitely recommended.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

The apartment is part of a luxury residence attached to a five-star hotel, which made the whole experience feel like a resort vacation. I had access to a private pool, a well-equipped gym, and exclusive beachfront lounges for residents. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy all the hotel's amenities-especially the wide variety of fancy restaurants right downstairs. There were so many amazing dining options to choose from! Getting around was super easy-taxis were always just a minute away, so exploring Dubai was effortless. A special thank you to the host Kiran who kindly gifted me a box of premium Dubai dates. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very well located with a beautiful view from the balcony over the beach. There were beach restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. The apartment was fully appointed and easy to settle into and the concierges were friendly and helpful al the time. Christian was always available if needed and we encountered no problems. We will definitely consider returning in the future.
