We stayed for a month in Alexandre and Giovanna's apartment, it was perfect! The check-in facilities are great, the apartment is compatible with the listing and communication with the hosts is always very fast and efficient. We had 2 occasions when we needed help and they were promptly available to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this place and the hosts 👊

My daughter and I loved staying at Fabiano's apartment, everything was clean, with a good bed and a good shower. The condominium is also impeccable, it almost didn't make you want to go to the beach 🙈 And the location is great too, it's next to Hamblas which has great restaurants ! We loved it !

Our stay in the apartment was very good, what a delightful place! One block from Ipiranga, Uber finds it super easy to locate. The owner was super nice to us and the response was super fast, she was already waiting in the apartment at the appointed time and everything went very smoothly! I highly recommend it, the room is in the front, but with the glass closed, it doesn't even seem to be next to a super busy avenue! Thank you once again from the heart, it was very nice, I loved this apartment and would stay in it again!

everything is excellent, however it is not possible to leave the car inside the building as informed, as there is a revived issue with the condominium that, according to the host, will be resolved. But far more praise than demerits. recommend

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.

My family and I stayed for more than 1 month, and our stay was more than perfect. Impeccable apartment, more beautiful in person with a comfortable living room, cozy bedroom with a suite that has a jacuzzi with a cinematic view. The apartment has a stunning view of the beach, as the building is on the seafront, with extremely easy access to the beach. All these days we spent together were amazing! The host Daniela, very helpful, attentive, kind, friendly and polite, always promptly answering our questions, offered us a service far beyond what was expected, in addition to the caretaker of the building Léa, who was also very helpful, attentive and super friendly. We were very satisfied throughout our stay. Highly recommended!!!
