Valerie was very responsive with any and all questions that I had. I appreciate the fact that we were able to have our dogs there in the backyard during our state. Plenty of amenities inside the house as well and the best part is that it was only two minutes from our main home which was being remodeled and full of construction workers.

Stayed with my crew for a job near Palmdale. We had an issue with the HVAC unit for the upstairs portion of the house. Albert was extremely responsive and had a technician there within 2 hours. When the tech couldn’t fix the problem, Albert showed up with three pretty big and powerful window units to cool it down while we waited another day for the service company to get the part they needed for the repair. Albert was extremely responsive and proactive throughout our stay and even agreed to allow us an extension when the job ran longer than expected. I will definitely book again as it was a great value and comfortable space.

Owners are very good people, very accommodating. They allowed us to host a small ceremony celebrating our marriage at the ranch and it went great. This home is massive and really priced well for the amount of privacy and square footage you get. ⭐️🌟🌟🌟⭐️

The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything that was described about the house was accurate. All communication was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty dishes and utensiles. Loved the griddle in the middle of the stove. Just a wonderful overall enjoyablevm stay. The only thing we didnt like was not being able to use the outdoor space after 9pm.

This is a very unique property and has a certain eclectic, rustic vibe to it. You can look at the photos of the listing and you will intuitively know if this artsy, corky, nature ranch is for you. We stayed at the Yurt which had a very comfy bed. Infinity pool with 85F outside was such a treat! During our stay, there was very loud filming/recording of a metal/rock live music video with drums and the level of noise was very unexpected. So, if you are looking for 100% serene getaway, I invite you to reach out to the hosts in advance. My partner and I loved the place and we will be back, without a doubt, and this time with a group of friends :-) Thanks!

Kim is an amazing host! We love to stay here. The neighborhood is a bit noisy but tends to get quiet about midnight. The house is nice and perfect to stay. Comfortable beds!

Diana was responsive and amiable. her home was a perfect fit for our family and our needs. The home is located close to freeways and grocery stores, fast food chains and some local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Also, the fact that Diana's home is pet friendly is a plus!

Beautiful Home!! Very peaceful, a nice neighborhood, clean and fully equipped amenities as listed. The host was quick responding to questions I had, the backyard was very enjoyable, the pool was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the California area. The place was really close to local grocery stores and shopping centers. My family and I enjoyed staying here and will definitely book here in the future.

Great host! I will definitely recommend staying at this location. My family and I were displaced from our home suddenly due to water damage and Emanuel was very responsive and worked with me throughout the entire time, which helped relieve some of the stress from the whole ordeal! The home had all the amenities as described and became our second home for many months!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Anita was super helpful and gave clear instructions on how to find the place. If you’re passing through or staying nearby, then this is an absolute must! Absolutely breathtaking surroundings and a very cool place to stay!

Beautiful getaway! Armin was very nice, responsive and corrected the concerns we had within 24hrs. (Wifi, Oven and Freezer). This home allowed us to feel right at home for a Christmas to remember. Home is set up pet friendly and our pets enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. 16 miles away is a town with stores and restaurants for you to explore. I am completely IN LOVE with this cottage! First of all, the hostess is truly very kind and goes above and beyond. You can tell the cottage is well loved and you feel welcomed. The decor, the furniture, the layout, the windows and natural light, the bathroom and kitchen - everything is wonderful, beautiful, charming! And this place has so many more amenities than I expected! I was here on a last minute necessary trip but the next time I return I will come for a leisurely trip so I can truly enjoy this beautiful cottage and Lake Hughes. Just one word of advice: be mindful the area is limited on food options and how long they stay open. Fortunately the cottage has a full kitchen, just come prepared and ready to enjoy yourself in pure relaxation with beautiful scenery and beautiful birds and beautiful decor.

My honest review. Ben is a great host, hands down!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The initial address on the listing was different than the actual location which he did communicate to me but I missed it. The listing also mentioned a shared hot tub but apparently it shouldn't have been included. Ben did offer to have it up and running. The guest house on this property was lovely and updated except for the kitchen. We had a destination wedding and this AIR BNB was reasonably priced for 3 people (versus a hotel) and fairly close to the venue. The covered parking area was a Godsend because it was unseasonably hot during our stay. The beds were comfortable although the rollaway bed needed some attention. Ben responded to any concern, question and recommendation. The oranges & lemons on the property were amazing and we brought some back home. Thank you!
