This is a very sunny house throughout the year with over 400 square metres of manicured lawn and, has parking for four cars.

Modern kitchen and bathroom with everything you need for a short or long stay. Gas heater in lounge. Washing machine and parking space. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Beds have inner spring pillow top mattresses, duvets, pillows and linen. The lounge has a 50 inch TV with Freeview and internet connection.

Multiple cameras over entries/driveways area so please ensure your guest numbers are correct. Please book for correct number. Excess bedrooms will be locked and cameras checked. If this sounds harsh, its because people have tried it and we have had to put measures in place. During peak periods, min. number of guests may be required.

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
