Laura is as very hospitable! She made the stay in Cabo very easy and would recommend staying there. Her place is very homey with a cute little music vibe going on. Additionally, it’s a walking distance from the Mariana so it’s extra convenient. Our trip to Cabo was very short and we hope to return to Laura’s place.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

I had the BEST stay here. It was peaceful & the place looked even more beautiful than the photos. There was a stunning view of the beach, it was very peaceful, I alternated between sleeping outside under the stars and sleeping inside with the AC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful beach vacation. I walked to hotel Ganzo one day (a 5 min walk) and had the most fun at their beach club. Ubers were so cheap and I went to restaurants nearby and downtown for the art walk (highly recommend that too!). One of my favorite vacations & if I’m ever back in Cabo, I would stay here again! Very nice place, tasteful, bright, and modern. The bed was super comfortable, nice shower, great patio and gorgeous view. We use Airbnb instead of hotels because we prefer to cook the majority of our meals and the kitchen well appointed. The pool was very nice and the property overall felt peaceful, safe and we appreciated that the unit was dog friendly, and even had little stairs for pups to climb up into bed. You can also walk up the hill through a nice area to exercise your dog. Small notes: there is highway noise when you spend time outside, you get used to it. If you prefer sleeping in total darkness, bring an eye mask as there is light coming through small windows behind the bed, which you cannot turn off. If you plan to bring a dog, note that you will likely have to drive 5 min to the beach or walk downhill and sneak through beachfront properties with your dog in a carrier. The public beach entrance is a 15 min walk alongside a very busy highway.

Great location, the pools are so close, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach; beach was not swimmable at the time (red flag, and rocks), yet not sure if this is normal? The kitchen fit our needs for all cooking, and the space was perfect for 2 people. Communication was excellent and very fast! Loved the beach towels and umbrella/chairs. A few walkable restaurants ($$$), and can walk to the supermarket (across a highway) or a cheap Uber ride. A few small uncontrollable things: construction at the pool and right next door so not quiet during the day, but that was just during our time, and it may be completed soon? If you’re a light/sensitive sleeper, maybe earplugs due to hearing neighbors. Also, some transportation is not allowed for pick up or drop off in the area, which caused some issues, but if you have your own car, you’ll be fine! Overall, beautiful.

The lodging is very good, completely new and very well equipped house. We had a small problem at the beginning but Anna solved it quickly.

The views from this home are absolutely breath taking! The neighborhood is gated & very quiet and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus! You are not within walking distance to bars & restaurants; however, a quick hop in the car and you are few minutes from a large grocery store & only a 10-15 minutes from several nice resorts, downtown San Jose Cabo and the boat marina. Kailey did an excellent job communicating the specifics about the property & suggestions for food & entertainment. If you like a more private setting with your family and friends, I highly suggest this property. We will certainly be booking again.

Nice building, nice staff, fun beach, nice pool. Great security and very safe feeling. Condo well appointed, we really enjoyed it. Not in the hotel zone, but close, which was a plus for us. Restaurant just a walk down the beach.

This was our first time to Cabo and this place over exceeded our expectations!!! We loved absolutely every moment of our stay and plan to come back again each year!! The hosts were fabulous and super communicative! Don’t wait and just book your stay today!! I promise you won’t regret!!!

We were nervous about traveling intn’l the first time with our kids and the current climate amplified our worries. Julia’s on point recs and prompt replies were so helpful to ease our concerns. Our family of 5 age 5-12 fit very well in the space. The condo has windows facing the ocean and a fantastic breeze through is created that is heaven coming from the pool or a sweaty walk as you enjoy the desert meets ocean view. Also the beach, while a short drive, is extremely beautiful and feels very exclusive. We went every day & saw alot of wildlife but the undertow was strong for my 5 year old. We really enjoyed meals and exploring San Jose- we loved this location over the resort areas and a rental car is very useful here. One surprise was the road noise from the highway, it was unexpected based on the photos; it didn’t impact our experience but was noticeable in the bedrooms with the windows open not so much on the balcony. Overall great place with priceless guidance from Julia.

Brittani’s place is absolutely AMAZING! This is by far the best listing that my group has ever stayed at - we’re already trying to decide when we can go back! The view is spectacular and even better than the photos. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The indoor-outdoor living setup and sound of the ocean waves at night truly made it feel like paradise. Brittani was kind and very responsive. Thank you Brittani and Julio for such a wonderful stay! I can’t say enough good things about this listing - would recommend it to anyone!

Coming back to the place we got married at 20 years ago was indescribably special. We lived the Arbnb and I highly recommend renting this space. Beachfront views, whale watching while sipping coffee. We had the best time!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was great to have the super market and Costco at walking distance to buy water and groceries. Was very easy to get to from the airport and not far from the city/marina area. If we go back to Cabo, we will definitely be staying here. The only thing is, the parking was a bit hard to find as the parking spots are not labelled in order so arriving late at night, jet lagged, it was a bit difficult to find. But other than that, felt very safe in the condo and glad we stayed there.

Amazing property that comes just as described. The unit was very clean, with all amenities included as listed. The beachfront building is very nice, and the balcony in the unit has an incredible beach view. This is the ideal property to stay at if you are coming to Baja to surf, as it is less than a 5-minute walk via the beach/street down to Zippers, the rock, and old man's. This stretch of the beach is much quieter than other parts of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, but perfect for a quieter and more peaceful vacation. Dining options are limited at this property, but there are many great options just a short walk down the beach in either direction, and there is an Oxxo right next to the property for drinks and snacks. The hosts, Natalia & Victor, were extremely lovely and accommodating, gave local recommendations, provided extremely flexible check in/out, responded quickly, and provided thorough instructions before and during our stay. I will absolutely stay here when I return!

Perfect Beach Getaway! This place was AMAZING! Even better than the photos. The oceanfront view was unreal, and the condo had everything we needed for a super relaxing stay. We were greeted with chips, guac, and cold Coronas waiting for us—a really nice touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The whole vibe was just perfect. Big thanks to Alonso, the concierge—he was awesome. Super quick to respond to any questions and he hooked us up with an unforgettable snorkeling tour. Seriously above and beyond. Can’t recommend this place enough. Already dreaming about coming back!

The condo was spotless and had an amazing view of the ocean! The pool was wonderful as was the condo itself! Spacious kitchen and bedrooms, very clean and stocked with amenities. I will definitely come back!!

This Airbnb was everything I wanted and more! Stunning views, friendly people, easy access to the beach and pool and multiple restaurants. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

My husband and I stayed 4 days and didn’t want to leave! The balcony view was amazing. Great location. It really offers you the best. Definitely coming back!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were in San Jose for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to stay. The villa was perfect and just like the pictures. The view sitting on back porch is outstanding. The view at night seeing the city lights and hearing the waves crash was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at the villas. Had the pool to ourselves and perfect location to watch the golfers. We did pay for option to the beach club and it was very nice. Used Uber to get there and back. It is about a 3/4 mile walk but coming back is all up hill. You can rent a golf cart from an off-site location but Uber was better price. Uber drivers park outside of main gate waiting on calls so we never had to wait long for drivers. We ate most meals in town and about a 10 min drive. Also, place is very safe as you have to go thru 2 security gates to get to villa. If we ever come back to San Jose del Cabo we will definitely stay here.

Our stay at Nicole’s condo at Mykonos was wonderful! Nicole was great at answering my questions and letting me know it would feel like staying at any other resort, no need to bring anything extra. She was right! Everything you’d need at a beach condo was supplied: fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, games, comfortable furniture inside and on the three porches! We loved how quiet the whole resort was and very well maintained. It was in a good location, a quick car ride to downtown San Jose or Cabo San Lucas! There are several beach restaurants in walking distance from the condo, and others just a short drive away. Again, Nicole was a great host, very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and super helpful with suggestions in her house manual. We will definitely be back and would stay in her condo again!

The condo is located in one of the most desirable communities of Los Cabos. My husband and I found the condo to be very private, clean & comfortable. The view of the Sea of Cortez is amazing from the very large, beautifully appointed patio. The location is ideal conveniently located near shopping and wonderful restaurants. We chose not to rent a car. The beach is an easy ten minute walk. Uber was used when needed and was very affordable and convenient. Pedro was exceptional to work with.
