Like everyone else had mentioned in their reviews, Juan Carlos is a fantastic host. Super friendly from the get go, very polite and professional. He set us up for success 100%! The property is outstanding. The balconies are super cute and very useful, the layout is great and spacious, AC keeps the place cool but best of all was the shower. We came for a wedding and all of our friends were staying in other hotels around the area but when they saw the Airbnb, it became the meet up spot because of how well located it is. Domingo (best modern restaurant in Cali imo) is right around the corner, La Linterna just down the street, Gente Común and Criollan Lovers just two blocks away and, Coffee Shops? Choose a different one everyday because there’s a ton to explore. Juan Carlos has all the recommendations for you and I can confidently say you will be in the best hands if you stay in this property. Only recommendation: Bring earplugs if you sleep light, Cali streets are full of life.

Daniela's apartment is great, everything is very tidy and comfortable. We had a small problem with the jacuzzi but it was nothing major. The host's service is excellent, she always responds in a timely manner and is very attentive to any requirements. Recommended.

Excellent place. We were on a business visit for a congress at the Pacific event center. Ideal place to be close to this place. We wanted to extend our stay because we felt at home. Daniel was always attentive to our needs!! Recommended

Danny was a very attentive and friendly person, he always answered my questions before arriving and upon arrival... he was clear in indicating where the property was, the problem was that the area did not have signs and at times the GPS signal was lost and it was a bit difficult to find, however José came to receive us. Mrs. Marisol is an angel, very attentive, she took care of us with great dedication, Jose and Marisol live in the annex and were always ready to help us, the property is beautiful, everything is impeccable, the view is quite beautiful, the pool is super nice, I went with children and they enjoyed it a lot!!!! I recommend it 100%

the place met all our needs, the backyard is amazing for spreading out and the AC is wonderful. we wanted something that felt like a we were In Colombia and this home did not disappoint. Astrid and colleagues helped us to celebrate a special occasion in a lovely way.

We had a long stay, the space and the place were very well located for people who travel between the center, west and north. These were the sectors we had to cover, so the location was perfect. The internet had some interference but Mercedes always provided us with her collaboration and support. Recommended!

Sergio has a great efficient space in a beautiful building overlooking Cali. Sergio was always responsive to my inquiries and handling any issues that came up. Oscar's place was amazing and accurate for a comfortable and peaceful stay, his place is modern and pleasant.

María's apartamento was perfect! it was exactly what I was looking for, big apartment, modern and new, and best of all the balcony and it's view. The apartment had everything you needed... in the kitchen, especially the appliances. The decor and design was gorgeous and the TVs worked perfectly. I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10... the only thing we missed out on was the rooftop pool and that was because of the weather.... there's a nice gym and also laundry room in the lobby. I would definitely come back here and also recommend to my friends.

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

I stayed at this property for over two weeks and I loved it! I would describe my experience as pleasant and rejuvenating! It is a well-appointed, safe and quiet property with a picturesque view of the city of Cali. The hosts, Liliana and Andres responded promptly to my inquires and were always helpful. This was my first Airbnb experience, and I must say, they set the bar very high. I will now expect the same level of detail for future stays at other Airbnb properties.

I absolutely loved it from top to bottom had no problems with the place at all great location I felt safe and secure and I was very accommodated the place was so clean and nice and the WiFi was super fast even came with a cleaning lady that folded all my clothes and cleaned the whole apartment for 100,000 !! I would absolutely love to come back to this exact place and 100%
