We had a wonderful stay at the Trip & stay unit. Location is just excellent. The room very cozy. Definitely will book again on our next visit.

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

Our family stayed at this condo for almost a week in June, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and a Mall. The building was secure and quiet, and check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host. I’d definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. Thanks again for a wonderful visit!

The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, great place to stay if you are looking for something that is walkable to many restaurants. The building is connected to uptown mall so you don’t have to walk outside if it’s raining. We enjoy our stay and definitely go back again. Thank you Aeryka!!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very cozy and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—there were nearby stores, restaurants, and it was close to the market, so it was easy to get around. The host was very responsive and understanding. The only issue we had was that the internet could be intermittent at times, so if you're planning to work during your stay, it’s a good idea to have mobile data as a backup. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Gustavo moved me to the unit downstairs providing some compensation. Overall, it's a well-maintained tiny house in a typical super-messy-but-colorful densely-built low-income area of Manila. If you're prepared for this environment, it provides for a very interesting stay. The place is difficult to locate, but kids in the area around the house respond to mentioning Gustavo's name.

The place was great and the location is perfect. Ms. Rhea is also bery responsive and was very helpful when we were asking directions. There was a bit of a problem with the water because of some maintenance but naayos naman afterwards. Overall, okay pa din naman yung stay namin. If given the chance to visit again, we won’t hesitate to book the place again.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Had a GREAT stay with Charm. A great hostess. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. Slept great. Charm really went above and beyond. Looking forward to staying again. A+++++

Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush, EVERYTHING is provided - soap, paper towels, common cooking spices, first aid kit, etc. Damon and his nephew Martin were super responsive and extremely accommodating especially when it came to the super late check-in time. My wife and I loved the unit and its amenities. After a few days, we encountered a problem with the microwave but Damon and Martin came through right away and fixed the issue. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and a welcome surprise especially coming from a place where low water pressure is the norm. However, as a downside to this is…beware of the bum gun! TMI? Hopefully we will get to stay here again the next time we are in Manila.

I stayed at Diana's place during a recent business trip, and it was the perfect choice. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable—ideal for both work and rest. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, I really appreciated the thoughtful extras—there were some games and entertainment options that made winding down in the evening enjoyable. Whether it was a quick game or just relaxing in front of the TV, it made the stay feel more like home. The location was also a big plus—close to business hubs, restaurants, convenience stores, and easy access to transport. Diana was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling for business who also wants some comfort and entertainment after a long day.

Nice place and very aesthetic and I’m happy we’re 8 pax accomodated. I hope there’s more blankets or comforters for a total 8 pax and there’s a lock sa door ng CR or change the current door to a more safer or easy way of opening and closing and more sturdy chairs sa living room.
