We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

We would definitely book this place again if the need arises. The place was clean when we arrived and felt very homey. I even asked if the unit was available for long-term rent. The entire residence was a great place to stay, with a good community and excellent facilities and amenities. It truly felt like home, and we felt secure throughout our stay. William was also very responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

This is our go-to property whenever we want to relax and bring our fur baby along. Jeroed is easy to talk to and highly recommended! The space is also quite spacious, which makes the stay even more comfortable

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fast internet and Netflix access, and even our small dogs had a great time exploring the space. The place was great and the location is perfect. Ms. Rhea is also bery responsive and was very helpful when we were asking directions. There was a bit of a problem with the water because of some maintenance but naayos naman afterwards. Overall, okay pa din naman yung stay namin. If given the chance to visit again, we won’t hesitate to book the place again.

Ms. Meryel is so responsive to all my queries. Had a short stay but the price is worth it! From booking up to checkout, Ms. Meryel is responsive and very accommodating.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

My stay with Victoria’s place is great and relaxing. We went to Rizal for my cousin’s wedding and her unit was a perfect place to relax. Her mom is the highlight of my stay. She made sure we get everything we need and took care of us. I’m glad it’s easy to park my car and didn’t have any problems. Overall, it was worth it. Thank you again!

Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush, EVERYTHING is provided - soap, paper towels, common cooking spices, first aid kit, etc. Damon and his nephew Martin were super responsive and extremely accommodating especially when it came to the super late check-in time. My wife and I loved the unit and its amenities. After a few days, we encountered a problem with the microwave but Damon and Martin came through right away and fixed the issue. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and a welcome surprise especially coming from a place where low water pressure is the norm. However, as a downside to this is…beware of the bum gun! TMI? Hopefully we will get to stay here again the next time we are in Manila.

Had a wonderful stay at Chris' place with a beautiful city view. Very convenient area and it being close to a local tv network studio, I had the chance to meet local celebrities during my stay.
