La casa es en el mismo predio donde vivimos con nuestra familia, retirada y con entrada independiente. Podemos acompañarlos y ayudarlos en lo que necesiten durante su estadía. El Pinar es un balneario residencial, caracterizado por su entorno natural y tranquilo. Ubicado a tan sólo 10 kms del aeropuerto y 20 kms de Montevideo.

The pool is heated and designed to reach up to 30°C in optimal conditions (mild, windless days). * In autumn and winter, as it is an outdoor pool, its temperature can vary significantly with the weather. It generally ranges from 22°C to 26°C on cool days.

This is part of a complex consisting of three houses total. The house is for two people. It offers a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a fully integrated modern kitchen. It also has a high-performance wood-burning stove. Outside it has its private deck with BBQ grill.

Además de ropa blanca y aire acondicionado (frío-calor). Escritorio para trabajar. Baño en suite. Posee entrada independiente, se accede a través de un hall de distribución. No se admite 3er huésped (ni bebés menores a 2 años)
