Piccolo piede a terra sul tramonto, con discesa a mare pedonale e piscina condominiale d’acqua di mare dal 13 giugno al 13 settembre. Il monolocale dispone di un piccolo piano cottura per preparare qualche pasto, bagno con doccia ed una terrazza attrezzata con chaise-longue, tavolino e sedie. Non essendo una casa molto grande il costo è vantaggioso per gli ospiti.
