Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Although our stay was very short, we had a great time. The apartment is clean, tidy, equipped with anything. The owner is very kind, available at any time of the day. It felt like home.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

Angela is a great host! Apartment is exactly as advertised, and recently updated - it’s beautiful! Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Gorgeous location and views. Bonus is that she offers a parking space, which really was helpful since we then didn’t have to park on the very narrow street. Angela is so sweet and we would absolutely stay again. I hope we get to come back!

It is a home on the outskirts of the town near the airport. A good place if you have to sleep near the airport. The studio is very nice and comfortable.

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

Everything is in place for an excellent stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

We felt comfortable right away 🤗 the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was ready ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed us very warmly and instructed us. An entire villa 8 minutes from the sea, better than I expected, in a quiet location, equipped with a barbecue that we used, with the possibility of eating in the garden in the shade of a pergola outside the kitchen, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!!

Perfect place to sleep without stress around, clean environment, with air conditioning and TV. very kind host and super responsive in communication. Place with a beautiful view. Recommended

Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. Thank you to Mr Franco for the incredible hospitality and warm welcome. Felt like we were at home, with heaps of space and creature comforts, and the welcome gifts were greatly appreciated. This is definitely a family stay and would recommend during winter. Location is a bit rural however very peaceful and quiet. Thank you Mr Franco!!!

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Nice Airbnb in a beautiful region. Sara is very friendly and gives good guidance to reach the place, when you text her. Good parking place, when you travel by car. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Lucie's place for a few nights to explore the area as we headed back up to Naples, and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, comfy, and well-equipped. The view from the condo of the ocean is beautiful. I'd definitely recommend having a car, though. Lucie is a great host and quick with communication. If you're looking for a nice place in this area to explore, I'd recommend Lucie's.

Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. There's all the comforts. It's newly built and we found it very clean and matching the listing. The outdoor space for breakfasts and lunches with the background of the waves and the operation. A few minutes by car you can reach the center of Pizzo or various restaurants and supermarkets. Special thanks to Denis: attentive, present but never invasive. Appreciate the flexibility of time for check-in and check-out procedures, to meet our needs. I spent two weeks with family (with two small children). We had a wonderful vacation. Super recommended
