Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Paphos

Nice and secluded! It was a great location to be near the water and away from crowds. The host gave us good recommendations of things to do and we had a great time. The two hour timer on the air conditioners was a little annoying, but we only woke up a couple times to turn them back on.

We visited as a family of 5 and booked very last minute, the Villa Group were very responsive and accommodating in getting the villa ready at such short notice. Such a great place, so handy for the harbour, easy to hop on buses at the end of the road to go anywhere. only half an hour on the bus to the airport. Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is in a very quiet location. We liked to go to different beaches or explore the island. Coming back to the large pool and garden area in the afternoon and relaxing was great. The furnishings of the apartment were more than good and Margarita surprised us with drinks and fruit. We felt very comfortable at Margarita's and it was a pleasure to get to know her.

We couldn't watch the sunsets from the terrace for a long time. The beds were very good, as soon as the hotels in the area had set the vacationer fun in the evening, we slept in absolute peace with the window open.

The property in Elysia Park is great for exploring Paphos and the surrounding streets. You can walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is also very quiet there and the complex is very nice.

The location and the price are perfect. Most of the appliance was brand new and something is not (like doors and windows), but the location is quit so it is not a problem. There was around 27-30 degrees outside and I did not use air cooling, so the place is great for the summer. I will definitely want to come to this place if I will be in Paphos again.

The location is great to access the beach, the castle, and supermarket. It offers a parking lot as well so I could safely park my car during the stay. Maria tried her best to help me a lot when I had an issue with the Wi-Fi. Thanks, Maria!

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. We definitely recommend it and would gladly come back again! Best of luck Nicolas!!!

It was a great accommodation with a very nice complex. Safe and well maintained. Communication with Estéa was very good and fast. We will definitely be back!

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

We felt comfortable here. The bed is 1.2m, which may be too small for some couples. Then be sure to organize Jacobs Tabs for coffee. Savvas Grill Restaurant with great Stifaki just around the corner. To the beach 10 minutes. Simple standard but everything there except for dishwasher. The view from the balcony and the atmosphere at breakfast are worth booking here.

Lovely peaceful area loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea the apartment had everything you needed Glenis was a wonderful host and Jane was also brilliant with her support and local knowledge I certainly would recommend a visit

We had a great stay, Ofek is very responsive, the accommodation is in line with the photos, I recommend it!
