Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Par

It was a lovely quaint cottage, very peaceful area. We had a great time staying here while we visited Cornwall over a few days and would stay again. Amenities were fine and did what was needed. Christian was a very responsive host who helped us locate parking nearby in a free of charge carpark which was very helpful after a long journey. One thing you do not really see in the photo’s are the beautiful views of the valley throughout the property, definitely a bonus and a nice surprise on arrival. We recommend the Globe Inn for an evening meal out in the village, It is just a short walk through the village for some fantastic food with locally sourced ingredients. The Kings Arms also does a brilliant Guinness! Thank you again Christian for making our stay at the Willow cottage something to remember, I am sure we will be back in the future.

We had a lovely time away. Alison and Craig are amazing hosts, very helpful, we appreciated all the recommendations. They make sure everything is up to your standards and want you to feel at home, which we really did. This beautiful place has all the facilities you need. The view is breathtaking and the bbq is a perfect touch. We enjoyed drinks at the local pub with the view of the beach, the beach is lovely and peaceful. The food and cocktails at the local restaurant are also amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Pebble. The property is situated in a very nice residential area which is very quiet. There is off road parking right outside the property so its very easy to load and unload. The accommodation is perfect for two people, it is very clean and well equipped. It's a short walk into town and yes the walk back is uphill but it would be very difficult to find accommodation in Mevagissey that does not involve walking up a hill. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a beautiful stay at this place. It was perfect for a group of friends wanting to explore parts of Cornwall. The place was spacious and airy, and we had a great time using the hot tub! The place was tidy and it was a very comfortable stay. Connor was very responsive and helpful, and gave clear instructions and was always there to answer. The place was very near to Eden Project, just 15 minute drive and other places with spectacular beaches and small coastal towns. We would highly recommend!

Loved staying at The Wagon House. It was a perfect place to stop over on a trip down around Cornwall. Highly recommend a stay at this property and was great to meet Bob. He is very friendly and shared great knowledge on the local area for places to visit/eat at. 5 stars all round

Amazing stay at the nest. The house is fabulous, very new and extremely well designed, both in layout and decor.. The house has quite an industrial feel about it, being on the site of the old foundry - I loved the black and white framed photos of the local areas (I located the shop and treated myself to one of Charlestown) . Super clean (I already gave Dan my compliments to his cleaner) very modern bathrooms and kitchen, with all amenities.. I think I counted 3 TV's, very comfortable bed, and WIFI seemed super fast. I am very picky about the places that I stay at, and this exceeded expectations. Dan was a brilliant host... he allowed my a slightly later check out and answered all of my questions within minutes. Also the fact he allowed my dog to stay was a plus point - always tough to find high quality places that allow your pets. Charlestown itself is lovely, plenty of choice with restaurants and pubs, and numerous little shops to while away your time.. thanks Dan 10/10

Elaine's place was just the best..Great location to base one's self while exploring Cornwall,we used the very efficient/ reliable trains to visit Penzance and St Ives..Station very close by...great pub 5 min walk..the apartment was very well appointed..if you not happy here you must be hard to please..would definitely stay again..

A lovely stay in a clean house - I would not known that dogs had previously stayed.

The Lodge is absolutely lovely. It had everything I needed in it. Mark is friendly and approachable. He left breakfast bits, shower gel and shampoo in The Lodge. Would happily stay again.

Most importantly, Matt and Daniel are fabulous hosts. They make you feel most welcome and are so helpful and friendly. Without hesitation would recommend staying at their beautiful apartment, which in truth feels like being welcomed into their fabulous home. Will definitely stay there again and this time for longer. We loved it ❤️

Our second time staying with Siobhan, it’s a really lovely place, modern, clean, peaceful, all amenities and a great location being close to the beach and the Charlestown. Siobhan is a great host. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Ross and Daniel’s apartment. Ross met us at check in and went the extra mile even helping us carry our things! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail really impressed us, the hosts had clearly put in a lot of effort to make sure guests felt at home there. The apartment is right by the harbour so is near lots of local shops and restaurants which we loved! Ross and Daniel were on hand throughout our stay to help with anything, they were really friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations, we really loved our stay and already can’t wait to visit again!

The accommodation was really nice and in a great location, easy to get around, and was perfect for what we needed, Jo was a lovely host and gave us many recommendations on where to eat and visit. We had a fantastic time!

This Airbnb was exactly what we needed as somewhere to lay our heads/get ready for the day and to be within walking distance to a local wedding venue. Good value for money, very clean and lovely area. Laura was very proactive with messaging in case we needed anything but luckily we didn't as the instructions were perfectly clear.

Kerry and Chris were always responsive and helpful. Their place is one of the larger units I’ve stayed in and has plenty of space for a couple family. Good outside area and plenty of parking. Would book again

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. I absolutely loved it here, loads of space and everything you could ever need, really comfortable and a short walk to the local shops, cafes and takeaways - I'd definitely recommend staying here, the photos don't do justice to the amount of space, so a couple or family would definitely be happy to stay here too.

Evette was very flexible with our check in time, lovely and friendly and gave us great local recommendations. We had a lovely one night stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with tea/coffee and the doughnuts were a delicious extra! The bed is super comfy with soft bedding which makes for the perfect spot to watch tv! Jon was also quick to reply and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I and our adult daughter had 3 wonderful days at Riverview. The photos and description on the Airbnb site are accurate but don’t really do it justice. The apartment is modern, bright with every room having a stunning view. The balcony is huge and it is bathed in sunlight up until about midday. It was a pleasure sitting on the deck having Bkfst or sitting in the evening with a drink enjoying the view and sounds of the birds. There is an allocated off road carpark. The apartment is below road level so there is a flight of stairs to go down, which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. The owners of the apartment live in the apartment above. We never heard them walking around. We did meet them on the street and they are an extremely friendly couple. Highly recommend the walking tour “Falmouth Uncovered” with Will. Highly informative and entertaining. Will is a real character and was the highlight of our day in Falmouth. Highly recommend “Riverview”.

Mevagissey on the south Cornish coast was a little gem. A fishing harbour with huge tides, lots of shops, bakeries, and restaurants . The flat was compact clean and had good kitchen and laundry facilities. Perfect for a couple to explore the town or further afield. The ferry to Fowey was a highlight as was walking the harbour and streets. Location was a joy and we’d have no hesitation to recommend!
