Curtains of the Fountain, Paradise of Silence

The village is located between three important points: Spain (5 minutes), Bragança (12 minutes) and Miranda do Douro (25 minutes). In this place, it is possible to recharge, where the only noise is that of Nature. Possibility of being Trasmontano, getting to know its gastronomy and even being able to cook our dishes and products, Bread, Jams, Sausages and the many traditional dishes made in the Pot. Take the Bike and get to Spain in 10 minutes, as well as a Basilica in 5 minutes and a Roman Bridge.

Beautiful Hideaway in the hills of trás os montes

This place is our sacred go-to spot when we want to get out of the city and immerse ourselves in nature. This place has special significance for our family because it was here that as a child, we would spend whole days watching over the cows, reading and dreaming as the sun moved across the sky towards dusk. We have recently completed renovations, adding solar & central heating and we would love to share it with people who are looking for a unique experience in an unexplored region of Portugal.

This is our second time staying here, and we absolutely love it. The apartment is beautiful and the view is exceptional, and the location could not be better. The host was also very responsive to our requests, which we appreciate very much. I highly recommend staying here in this beautiful home.
