Great place to stay. Really enjoyed our time here

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

Keisha was an extremely helpful and pleasant host! The Airbnb was beautiful and extremely clean! I would definitely stay again.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. From the lovely woman, Barbara, who picked us up at the airport and helped get us settled, to the amazing location. The home was plenty spacious for our family of 5. The condo was in great condition and they had plenty of towels, linens, and extras such as paddle boards and floaties for the pools. The property was amazing. There are two swimming pools, a small dock, a seating area right on the water and a small beach. We never had issues finding chairs to sit on by the water and all the other guests at the property were extremely nice. We will definitely be staying there again!

This house is soooooooo much better than is described and shown in the pictures. This is a beautiful home with lots of window light shinning throughout. Whenever I travel to Nassau with my family I will stay here. My family of 6 spent a very comfortable and outstanding week in this home. All of the 4 well furnished bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms , one of which is located in the master bedroom at the top of the stairs. The kitchen has eveything needed to cook meals for a family of 6 and the gas grill is very clean. The swimming pool is clean and is nicely maintained. The patio and deck around the pool was very well lit with ceiling fans outside of the pool house. There is ample seating outside around the pool. My family and I spent a good amount of time sitting around the pool in the evening. The temperature was perfect at night. The beach is literally a 2 min walk away and is very clean with public bathrooms. My family felt very safe in this home and at the beach.

Spencer and Melissa's place was a perfect getaway for our family vacation. Their place is in a beautiful, private and peaceful neighborhood on the northeast side of the island. From the moment we arrived Spencer was responsive, showed us around the place, and responded to any follow-up we had. He was extremely flexible and kind - one of our family members was a bit limited on mobility and he showed us a different entrance with fewer steps to access. The place was clean and homey. Spencer provided great recommendations for local shopping (Super Value and Solomon's Fresh Market) and everything was in easy driving distance (he also provides reusable bags for your shopping trip!). We found it easy to get around and it was a great starting point for all of our activities. The private pool was a lovely addition and we used it often! All in all, a great experience with a great host. A+++

Possible to stay on the location for all your holidays. Pool and beach even has the place. Excellent communication with Tammy. Really a great place for my family.

This house is the perfect house to chill and relax and enjoy your day if you're working or just having a good time the house is really well equipped with all kitchen supplies the host is amazing super helpful with whatever you need the pool is amazing perfect condition and the best thing in the house if its hot you just go for a dip I would definitely go back next time thanks.

My husband and I were very happy here. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and it was great to have a full kitchen and a washer dryer. We were able to walk to a grocery store, a Starbucks, and Meze Grill for dinner. We could walk to a little beach called Relax Beach. We also took the bus to Goodman’s Bay. It was nice not to have to rent a car. The hosts are very helpful!

We had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we booked, Derek and Portia went above and beyond. Derek was super responsive during planning, and Portia helped us find a rental company that would work with me being 21. She also checked in during our flight, greeted us at the house, and even offered to take us to get food. That night, she drove me to a liquor store, showed me the best local spots, and refused petrol money! When a storm hit and we couldn’t order food, she sorted it all for us. She later even dropped off a new snorkel set after we mentioned one was missing. The home was stunning—spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything: Netflix, board games, fluffy blankets, ice, snacks, even pool gear. The lagoon was gorgeous; we saw turtles every day. We loved the porch with fairy lights and the pool table was still fun even if slightly uneven. Just bring mosquito spray! This was one of our best stays ever. We’d return in a heartbeat. Huge thanks to Derek and Portia!

The only recommendation for the place is a coffee maker! Otherwise, we were comfortable and happy.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was very spacious, easy to find and the neighbors were very welcoming. Keep in mind there is no uber or Lyft and the house is about 15-17 minutes away from the main area. The house is located directly across the street from a clear blue water beach. There is a supermarket that’s about a 20 mins walk from the house so I would advise renting a car. The house itself was perfect for our needs! There was plenty of space, towels and the kitchen was completely stocked. We were able to utilize the gas grill and chairs provided to sit around the pool. I would highly recommend for large families.

The Airbnb is clean and modern. The Airbnb is Close to the airport (15 minutes) and Clifton national park (5 minutes). Nicole was great with communication. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.

RaDon’s place really exceeded my expectations! One of many homes I’ve stayed in that actually look like the photos listed! He was very responsive with my few request! Can I tell you about the place? RaDons Airbnb had every single thing in there! The only thing a guest needs is toothpaste and toothbrush! His home is beyond beautiful! A wonderful place to stay with a small private beach area in the Montague area. The house is not perfect but it is well taken care of. I say not perfect because it does have some small imperfections, but nothing that takes away from the experience. The host/hostess were very responsive when contacted and they assisted with any questions and recommendations of local eateries. We felt right at home and met some of the neighbors in the neighborhood who were just a delight to talk with. Our kids loved the private beach area where they could swim, kayak, and paddle board. Just keep in mind there are upside down jellyfish in the area. As mentioned in several other comments, there are dogs at the next door neighbors and they did bark occasionally. Keep in mind they are dogs and it’s natural for them to bark. The barking was not enough to bother us. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the island life.

Nebruck house was amazing! Sandyport is a quiet resort which was just what we needed for a relaxing holiday. It was easy to walk to restaurants, the kids loved the pool and beach and having access to the resort amenities was fantastic. Having a spacious condo with multiple bathrooms and showers made all the difference after long fantastic days in the sunshine. We loved our stay!

This was one of the best vacations we've had! We loved the location, so close to the beach, the restaurants, Cafe, pool and Marina. Honestly we didn't want to leave! I reviewed and researched lots of condos in the Palm Cay resort. Some of them like to be tricky on their location description within the resort and are a father walk to the beach, not this one. They clearly show your location on the resort. The side condo allows for a more private yard feel and adds nice lighting from the windows all around. Also the view of the Marina is nice as we could see the boats coming into the harbor. My kids could easily pop back and forth from the beach. Parking is easy and right out the front door. Every time I took a shower I wrapped up in the cozy robe provided and sat on the back porch off the master on the second floor soaking in the sun and ocean breeze. We had thought we would have to pay extra for the resort Beach, but didn't end up doing that, we just went with no problems!

Leah's place is ideal for a quiet, peaceful and restful retreat. If you're looking for a private getaway to enjoy the beauty of the Bahamian sun, sand and sea, then this is the perfect place for you. It's literally steps away from the water and beach (across the street from the house). And if you're so inclined, you can relax in an enclosed, but spacious landscaped front yard where you can lounge by or swim in the pool. You won't be disappointed. I enjoyed my time at Leah's place and would book to stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. the property definetly exceeded expectation. the host was helpful and responsive. The home smelt amazing. i would definetly recommend this home to family and friends.

Pineapple Villas, were absolutely beautiful and right on the water. The owners were fantastic and we even went fishing one of the days just steps away from our front door. Kitchen was perfectly set up and not a thing missing. The whole villa was amazing quality from the couches to the towels! Its definitely a must stay! Thank you guys again and see you soon!

This was a beautiful place to stay for the week! The house was very spacious and had all the necessary items to cook etc during the week. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions.

I usually go into great detail due to having to rightly divide the truth about listings. However, The Sunflower House is a true gem that exceeds your average AirBnb encounter! A true home away from home! Everything was as described, immaculately clean, and in good working order. The home was comfortable, spacious, and provided all necessary accommodations. Gary was welcoming, thorough, and responsive. Location was perfect in all aspects; peace, safety, and proximity to resources. It's okay to have expectations on this one; I doubt you'll be let down so don't think twice!
