Waterfront holiday rentals in Paradise Island

We booked this villa last minute after we had already arrived in the Bahamas. The AirBnB we booked was awful so we actually ended up booking this place (in addition to the place we originally booked unfortunately). We wanted somewhere nice for Christmas. Everything was fantastic and it saved our holiday. The only sad part was that we could not stay longer as it was already booked so we had to return to our other AirBnB for the remaining days. I highly recommend this place. Was clean and had everything you would need. Plus the beach club and restaurant are great. Our girls used the gym and we got coffee at the dock every morning. The staff at the beach bar by the pool were amazing. There was a really lovely woman that looked after us each day. We loved the marina view every morning. The queen room has a small bunk room attached (via the bathroom) so this is good for little kids. Our teen daughters took over the queen room and the bunk room so it worked out perfectly for our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. the apartment was very nice and spacious. i think the best part was the beach and having a grocery store right across the street. also there are many restaurants that are in walking distance which was really nice. the driver they recommended Malik was great and super responsive! we had a great time and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was just as described. Our room faced the swimming pool that is very tropical with lounge chairs, swings hanging from palm trees, and a large cabana! Walk around the house to a beautiful water view that is shared with other guests. We found everything clean, the bed very comfortable, and a great large shower in the bathroom! We also hired a Chef one night that they recommended and it was a treat!! The only thing I would prefer is a regular coffee maker, not a Latte maker.

West Wind ll was amazing. It is an older place but well maintained. The pools were cleaned everyday. One is heated, which was nice on the cooler days. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food at the bar was delicious and the drinks were too. They have 2 cats that roam the property and we all take turns feeding them. The view from our unit was out of this world. It was great waking up to the ocean and watching the cruise ships come in every morning. The bus system is close by and very easy to use. Taxis can be expensive and you have to negotiate the price. Only downside is the buses stop running around 7pm. We would come back here in a heartbeat!!!!!

I will try and summarize why you should STAY here 😇! S: safe! I could walk (about 10min or so) to the beach early in the morning or in the evening. Many people running and exercising, at the same time, is so wittier and peaceful. T: tidy! Everything was so neat and orderly. As soon as I stepped into the space, I IMMEDIATELY felt I was here to rest and rejuvenate. A: amenities! This place had everything I needed in one quaint space. They even had floaties and beach chairs and an umbrella. It was well worth my money and this will most likely be “my spot” for the long road. Y: young updates! It was very clear to see that this space has been kept up to date. So many details were attended to. Even the ceiling fans were beautiful and new age! Washing machine was here too (with soap). You will defiantly have the luxury feel here! Thank you for being a HUGE part of my healing and restorative stay Rosevelt! I can’t wait to come back. And thank you for staying TRUE to your word…

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my bday. It was a great location because Baha Mar was next door so we could walk to the restaurants, casino, and clubs. During the day the private beach was absolutely amazing! There were plenty of chairs to use and the beach was perfect. The condo itself was perfect size for me and my 2 friends. There was a lot of privacy with the bedrooms and also spacious common areas where we could all hang out. The balcony was also key! I would definitely recommend this property!

From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described — if not better. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and truly spacious, offering all the comfort we could have hoped for. Stunning Views & Prime Location The view was absolutely breathtaking — the kind you just can’t get enough of. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset, the scenery from the property was unforgettable. Being located right on Cable Beach also meant we had easy access to one of the most beautiful stretches of sand and water on the island. A Perfect Getaway The combination of a spotless, well-appointed home with such a prime location made this one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. Highly recommend Mason’s place for anyone visiting Nassau — it’s peaceful, picture-perfect.

Penny was an amazing host - she so flexible regarding check-in and check-out which was really great and helpful as our flights got in early and left later. She also gave us great recommendations regarding a private chef and taxis. She explained everything about the home easily so check-in was very smooth and the home is exactly as described! She also provides so many great things for the beach, like umbrellas, and floaties, you really have everything you could ever need and want! The home is close to a great coffee shop/bar by foot as well as a grocery store. There is also a lovely private beach. It is really the perfect beach house for a getaway! Highly recommend this spot!

Cannot say enough about Michelle and this location!!!! We had a scary event happen at another place we were staying at and had to leave. Michelle was very quick to respond and was very supportive ensuring a quick and early check in for us. The location and surroundings are absolutely stunning and look exactly like in the photos. My family felt safe at this location especially in a gated community with friendly neighbors. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She and the owner were generous to add any items needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The fact that you can literally just walk out the back steps right into the ocean is a bonus!! We snorkelled around the area and saw so many neat fish and coral. At night we would just walk outside along the rocks after the tide went out to see the live shells. Truly an amazing place and host - highly recommended and we will definitely only book with Michelle the next time we come to Bahamas!!

Absolutely loved staying here. The location and view out the back of the home was amazing!!!!

Initially a bit hesitant since the house had no reviews—but it turned out to be a fantastic find! It’s much more spacious than expected and comfortably accommodates 13 people (though some will need to share a bathroom). The open-plan living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group, with plenty of seating, and the outdoor space was ideal in the evenings, offering a lovely view of the garden, pool, and ocean. Surprisingly, the TV had what seemed like over 3,000 channels—we could even watch European soccer, which was a fun bonus (I need that setup at home!). The location is the real highlight: just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is just minutes away, and we barely needed the car—even though we had one. The pool area was quiet and practically felt private, and the nearby beach, while small, was perfect for our short stay. Overall, the house looks exactly like the photos. We’ll definitely be back—this is a rare gem and a solid 5.

John's place is truly heaven on earth. Walk outside and right into the beach and ocean. The beds, rooms, amenities were all fantastic. The site manager was very quick to respond to inquiries. If you come here and you want to explore, I highly recommend you rent a car (we did). It is on the quieter side of the island which was a welcome benefit. We would certainly come back.

This is one of my favorite air bnbs. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from tourist spots, but far enough away you didn’t feel in The middle of it. The house is one of the cleanest I have stayed in, and for the tropics that is everything. The house has everything you would need. Arlington was very responsive, helpful and had great suggestions. It is sitting on the water at a local swimming spot. We loved making new friends. The local kids were so fun! I will rent this place again. Thanks for a great stay!

One Cable beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless . There was plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of condiments and cooking utensils. The pool is absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach view. It was within safe, walking distance to BaHaMar. 5 star host that was extremely responsive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

Jill’s house is beautiful and exactly as described. The location is perfect for exploring the island and enjoying the activities available. Three Island cruise which includes Pig Island was a highlight as was The Queens Steps in downtown Nassau, we took the bus which was very easy and cheap! My boys enjoyed a great night out at Atlantis! Jill is a very helpful, responsive host and Mr Beneby an excellent taxi service (another of Jill’s recommendations). The Poop Deck and Blue Sail restaurants are both excellent places to eat, both on the doorstep. All in all a fantastic stay in beautiful surroundings.

Perfect little gem if your looking for a more relaxed and serene atmosphere. Vans home was beautiful, clean and accommodating. I would stay here again!!!
