Jordan was a great host! The house is PERFECT for a big group. It is spacious, clean, has great amenities, it was a wonderful stay!

Mirlene was an amazing host, always answering my texts no matter how dumb, gave suggestions on where to go. She even checked in with me to ask how my trip and concerts went. I would definitely rent from her again.

This is a lovely, spacious, comfortable condo right on the golf course near the McCormick Millennium Hotel. Nicely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of gathering spaces indoors and outdoors, three bedrooms and two and a half baths. All bedrooms have TVs and large closets (the primary suite has two). Quiet and peaceful, a perfect place for four of us to stay while visiting family nearby.

Lots of amenities and good location. Made our family vacation enjoyable.

Bachelorette trip with 11… fantastic space where everyone could be together inside the kitchen, front room area, and in all the outdoor spaces. Would 100% recommend this home for large parties that want to share the space. Gorgeous home and worth the money.

We had a really great time here, the place was gorgeous and palatial. The outside terrace was stunning with an infinity pool and hot tub, both of which we made great use of. It was beautiful sitting on the jetty in the morning watching the ducks go by. The place itself was lovely, nice big rooms and finished really well, Peter was available when we needed him but he had it so well set up, that need didn't arise. Fantastic place to stay and Arizona was stunning, can't wait to go back. 5 stars!

This is an incredible place to stay, it's hard to list all the positives. We stayed for 30 days and the only issue was a burned out light bulb. Ryan and his team took care of that quickly. Where to start? The kitchen was really well stocked and had all the special things you need to cook. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. to the point we didn't run out. The place was in a super quiet area only 50 feet from the heated pool and hot tub. We're bikers and you have such easy access to the canal trails and Greenbelt. There was a grocery store within walking distance. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of closet storage space for an extended stay. We were just overall super impressed to be able to have such a wonderful place to stay. 10/10!

This Airbnb exceeded expectations - the house was beautiful and full of amenities that made the stay enjoyable and easy with a family away from home. The home was very clean and had everything you need - lots of towels, amazing bathroom products, a full kitchen with dishes, spices, small appliances, etc. The backyard was inviting with comfy seating areas, the pool was clean and big, the hot tub was hot and very clean - my family also enjoyed the putting green and pickleball. The hosts were very responsive to questions and helped guide us to a local easy hike up Lookout Mountain for a sunset view. The location made for easy drives around to golf courses and local sites. Would love to come back again when we return to Arizona.

The house was awesome and in a great location. If you're golfing at Troon, Grey Hawk and any other that are in north Scottsdale this is super close to all. Loads of stuff around and Mastros steakhouse is 5 mins away. Super close to Scottsdale airport as well. The house exceeded expectations. Large rooms with King beds and plenty of dinning space with a beautiful kitchen. Back yard was incredible. Nice, clean pool with putting green and lots to do. This is a great stay for anyone! We had such a wonderful stay in Scottsdale! Our host, Tony, was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our trip. The home itself was spotless—so clean and beautifully maintained with a great vibe. We especially loved the private backyard and pool area—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location couldn't have been better—just minutes from Old Town, amazing restaurants, and great shopping. Highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

I truly enjoyed my stay— the home was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a pleasant and relaxing visit. The host was kind and responsive, which I really appreciated. There were a couple of minor issues during the stay, such as a small ceiling leak (got handled immediately) and an unexpected charge that hadn’t been clearly communicated in advance not in airbnb details. While they didn’t significantly impact my experience, I wanted to mention them in case they can be addressed for future guests. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely consider booking again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Faud’s place was beautiful inside and out. I have no complaints I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area. My kids enjoyed the pool and all the pool toys he provided. He was very responsive and flexible when I needed an earlier check in time. We felt right at home!

Very spacious and clean! I attended a conference at the Fairmont which was a minute walk away. Brought my family as well and our accommodations were perfect.

This was perfect for us because we were attending QuiltCon at the convention center in downtown Phoenix and Carrick's house is only a 10 min drive, very easy, and a short drive to grocery stores and EV chargers for our rental car. Carrick welcomed us and made us feel at home although we didn't spend a lot of time there.

As an AirBnB vets, Paul's place was one of the favorite places we've ever stayed. For the nearly two weeks we were there, it was convenient to the places we wanted to go, and when we weren't going some place, we really enjoyed lounging by the exceptional pool, which is an absolute oasis. It is private, with plenty of furniture, a bar area with a grill, and lots of sun (with plenty of shade available). The master bedroom has a large and very comfortable bed. The office was a nice place to get some work done, but truly, the little work we did get done was done outside by the pool. The house was very clean, and had everything we could possibly need. This was not your typical AirBnB rental, Paul's place is a home. We just loved it! Paul is an excellent host, and made us feel welcome. He is highly attentive, but everything went smoothly so there was not much of a need for communication. You won't be disappointed, this is an AZ gem!

Victoria is a great host, highly recommending choosing this home as its location is perfect for Scottsdale and the host will take great care during your stay! A must book!

The house is fantastic and close to everything. Vince is easy to deal with, and we had a great time.

Accommodations were perfect for our trip to catch some spring training ball games. The location was great as we were near HI way 51 and 101. We were able to find some walking paths close by that had pedestrian bridges over the HI ways. I saw some comments about the special app (August) to get in the house. I found it really easy to use and would not let that bother you. As an alternative, there was a keypad for entry. We chose this unit for it's location and it mentioned EV charger as an amenity. Luckily we did not end up bringing our electric car so it was not needed however, I did not see a charger any where on site other than a 110vac 20amp plug on the side of the house. Highly recommend this house unless you need an EV Charge. -Martin

Thanks for another fantastic stay! Everything we needed for our family was at the residence club. Appreciated the robes for our kids and adults for walking back and forth to the pool. We enjoyed the spa, the pools, the fitness center and steam room, restaurants, hiking at pinnacle Peak, and the kids club. So much to do!
