The house is beautiful, as is the view. The hosts were very communicative. We lost power due to a storm but the hosts turned on the generator when we needed it. Overall, we had a great time!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay with a small group. The house is clean, nice, and very close to the national park. The hosts, Jonatan and Cintya, are incredibly responsive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Time and time again, they met us with constant communication on things like working the stove, doing laundry, and finding ways to get around. The space comfortably sleeps four, any more than that would be pushing it. Everything is clean, easy to access, and so peaceful!

Tania was proactive with communication and always responded quickly. She provided a recommendation for a driver which we were able to use for airport pickup/drop off, and our trips to the Falls. The driver also was great in helping us cross the Brazil border. During our stay a huge storm went through the town which unfortunately led to a wide spread powercut. This was not a normal storm. However Tania and her husband proactively arranged alternative accommodation at their own cost and were able to drive us there. I wholeheartedly recommend this home. There are also wonderful restaurants in the area.

Exactly like the ad, great location, quiet, residential and strategic for all points. The city itself is undergoing major construction, which makes it difficult to travel to other tourist spots during peak hours, but as the place is halfway to the falls and very close to the customs office with Argentina, it was great, even with the construction. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen, which helps a lot during the stay. There are visible rules that facilitate, such as garbage collection days, etc. There was complimentary coffee, I didn't use it but it's definitely a nice touch that makes a difference. It was clean, fragrant and organized. I had cold days and the shower was hot and pleasant. Excellent value for money. Gostei, I will return and recommend it.

Marcelo's home is beautiful, welcoming and made us feel like a home! Our goal was to rest, spend a few days off in the calm of the countryside, and we were able to enjoy every second! Marcelo is a host who responds very quickly, when requested. The house has a very special outdoor area, where our favorite part was to contemplate the silence of the place with the outdoor fireplace lit, taking good wines, along with our AUmigos, included in the accommodation. Hehehe! No doubt we recommend this special home as well as we'll be back soon! Thank you, Marcelo!

Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment and an incredible view

The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated and super comfortable. It is located in a great area, surrounded by restaurants and just two blocks from downtown, so everything is close. Great for walking around. The only suggestion I would make is that they could clarify a little better in the instructions where to leave the trash, since it was not entirely clear. In case anyone needs it: the place to leave it is on the ground floor, in the parking lot. Other than that, everything is excellent! I definitely recommend it.

This is the second time I've stayed at Guille's apartment and I'd do it again. The apartment is very comfortable, has everything you need, perfect cleanliness and Guille is a great host, very attentive, flexible and always available. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as described. Super clean, privileged location, 100 m from the Costanera, a walk with the best restaurants, pubs, bars of Posadas, all within walking distance. There is a supermarket with long opening hours 100 m away. The crossing to Paraguay is 300 meters away, where you can take the train and cross the bridge in 8 minutes for less than a dollar. In addition, the apartment offers adapters, cables, essential today if you forget any, good wifi. Lucas greets you with a basket filled with coffees, a variety of teas, powdered milk, cookies, and jams. Bathroom amenities. Lucas is an exceptional host, friendly, always attentive, with the best local tips, always in a good mood, smiling, excellent talks and cordiality. In front of the apartment there is a small square with a variety of incredible trees. The location and Lucas are a real plus. It was my first trip to Posadas, I will return to Lucas' several more times! Highly recommended!

Jessica's apartment was really nice and felt brand new. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were high level. The kitchen had quite a few items that were super helpful, and while it is a smaller space, I was impressed with the quality of the appliances and dishes. I've stayed in the building before and the reception is very professional and the rooftop very nice. I would recommend this to any other guest to make a great stay in Asuncion.

Perfect! The apartment is impeccable, clean, modern, comfortable bed, super useful air conditioning/heater for the days we stayed (we got hot and very cold days), the location is great - close to many restaurants and tourist attractions; the reception staff are super friendly and gave us very useful tips about the area... in short, they served us wonderfully well!

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.
