Located in a characteristic fishing village, the apartment is located on the top floor of one of the oldest buildings in Imperia. The apartment has just been restored and furnished in a modern industrial style. Equipped with many amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dryer, it enjoys a breathtaking view. The only flaw is the lack of an elevator (third floor), which was not possible to install as it is a historic building subject to special environmental restrictions.
