Bright ground floor 70 m2, adjoining the main residence, very quiet terrace, parking space at the entrance to the accommodation. Self check-in in our absence. Access A 10 a few minutes to the heart of the Loire Valley and the Vouvray vineyards, shops 2 minutes away in the town center (annual closing in August), supermarkets 7 minutes away. The cottage is fully disinfected before each arrival. As much as possible, I prefer to welcome my guests when they arrive.
