When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Chalupa Záskalí

The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

Glamping Pod Ořechy

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Grandma's realm

Relax and enjoy unique atmosphere in a cosy flat, located near park and within walking distance of historical center. We offer private parking and garden with seating. Being adults we forget how unworried and happy we felt with our grandparents. We are looking forward to welcome you in a place, where traditional living meets the current required comfort. We believe to provide you with all you need, including calming view, friendly attitude and home made cakes. Late check in/out is possible.

I offer accommodation in a 1+kk (1st floor) in a quiet location of the Pardubice housing estate Polabiny. The apartment is fully equipped. Kitchen including basic equipment, microwave, fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, stove, coffee, tea, water, shower, towels, toilet, TV, WiFi. The apartment includes a large loggia for pleasant relaxation. Possibility of sitting in warm days. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking at the house. It is only accessible through private property, so your undisturbed privacy is guaranteed. Surrounded by vast forests within walking distance. Apartment with amazing views

Stay in a sunny apartment with amazing river views. The apartment is in the city center, situated in a quiet place where no one will wake you up in the morning. We offer modern accommodation in an apartment on the first floor of the house with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and cozy living area, bedroom and study. There is a boxspring double bed and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 more people.

Chalet Tré

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor wood-fired panoramic sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available right below the cottage.

Chata u lesa

Cottage by the forest in Horní Jelení, which offers the possibility of a quiet holiday with family or friends during walks in the woods, bike rides or relaxation in the garden or sitting with barbecue. Depending on the season, it is possible to pick mushrooms or blueberries/cranberries/forest blackberries in close proximity to the building.
