When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Modern house with a pool and sauna, Žďárské vrchy

Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

Glamping Pod Ořechy

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Zažijte kouzlo glampingu na samotě u lesa! Tato luxusní chatka je obklopena přírodou a nabízí vše, co potřebujete k dokonalému odpočinku. Uvnitř najdete útulné vybavení, kde se mísí komfort s kouzlem přírody. K relaxaci je soukromá sauna a horký koupací sud, kde si můžete dopřát chvíle pohody s výhledem do lesa. Po celý pobyt máte neomezený vstup do sauny. 🏠Interiér z masivního dřeva, hliněných omítek a přírodních textilií propojuje čistotu materiálů s pečlivým zpracováním a důrazem na detail. 🪟Prosklené plochy přirozeně spojují vnitřní prostor s okolní krajinou a vytvářejí atmosféru klidu, světla a otevřenosti. 🌱Celý pozemek je navíc plně oplocen pro vaše soukromí a pohodlí.

Roubenka 44

Our log cabin offers four separate rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The largest room also serves as a lounge with a large table for 10 people, a fireplace, a sofa and a TV. Next is a large attic room serving as the master bedroom with four beds and plenty of storage space. In the log cabin, you will also find the smallest bedroom with two beds located in the extension and a bedroom with three beds.

Chalet Johanka 2.0

A cosy cottage with a fire place and a brand new sauna located near a fishing pond in the region of Malá Haná in Czechia's Eastern Bohemia, Chata Johanka aspires to offer both a reconnection with nature as well as a proper relax. Recently newly-built cabin with lovely views and character has numerous options both for time spent in nature as well as for a day trips and interesting things to do nearby.

Chalet Tré

Tré je designová chata, kde klademe důraz na detail a pohodlí. Zrelaxovat můžete v privátní venkovní panoramatické sauně na dřevo. Tré je připravena jak na vaření, tak i na úklid. Samozřejmostí jsou espresso kávovar (káva v ceně), bluetooth Bose reproduktor nebo vysoké americké pružinové postele. Vytápění pomocí krbu, v koupelně podlahové topení. Přímo pod chatou je možné parkování zdarma.

In the garden

Je dřevěný, je pohodlný, je v zahradě. Na venkově na Vysočině jsem pro svoji rodinu postavil moderní chalupu zasvěcenou odpočinku. Ponořená do klidu zahrady s kusem přírody. Sad, rybníčky, neomezený prostor. Toto místo jsme věnovali klidu a relaxaci bez televize. Privátní koupací sud (nemá funkci vířivky) a sauna jsou Vám k dispozici za dodatečný poplatek 500 a 800 Kč za 1 vytopení.

Tiny house U Labe

Tiny přímo u řeky Labe, pouhých 10 minut z Pardubic. Užij si chvíle klidu, uvař si ve vybavené kuchyni nebo venku na grilu, přečti si svou oblíbenou knihu v křesílku na mole. Součástí ubytování je paddle board nebo kola, s kterými navštívíte během pár minut blízký hrad nebo vyhlášenou pivnici. Na regeneraci si můžete napustit otužovací sud! Domácí mazlíčci jsou vítáni.
