Villa holiday rentals in Parga

We stayed at the main villa for 4 days. There are amazing ocean views from all angels. The villa is modern and luxurious with a huge terrace on the top floor as well as a big balcony on the lower floor. There is also another separate two bed room apartment in the same building but luckily nobody was staying there so we had the whole place to ourselves The host, Sakis was lovely and so helpful. We had some trouble with the hotvwater and he quickly organised a plumber to resolve. The villa is a short walk to the town with shops and restaurants, although being on a cliff, it is a steep walk up and down.. We could easily find parking spots in town, and the villa also had four private parking spots. We had a private walk down to the ocean to swim from the rocks. These are steep steps so not suitable for elderly We loved the pool area with additional facilities, laundry and small kitchen. We highly recommend Villa Oikos. We all had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back again.

The best view in town!! With an infinity pool that looks over Gaois and boasts an incredible sunrise you are sure not to miss this spot. With that comes a very steep ascent to the house so would recommend an automatic car or a confident driver. Otherwise simple (and worth it). Andreas was an attentive host and the outside space is what sells this space. Very easy to explore the island after a morning relaxing but the pool. Andreas will be sure to give you lots of local recs. we will be back

Villa Orata was a great spot. Beautiful home on a cliff side in Perdika amazing view and Evangelia was such a friendly host. She made sure we had everything we needed. Many great restaurants and beaches close by. We will definitely return.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

We loved our family holiday to this beautiful place. Great location within 10 mins walk of Gaios and we hired a car to easily explore the rest of the island. Amazing outdoor space with terraces and outdoor pool.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. The house is very nice and enough spacious for 6 people and 4 children (2 babies and 2 kids who are 3 and 5 years old). The beach below the house is very close and it is nice, with cristal clear water. The owners are discreet, we practically didn't see them for 10 days. There are a few things that could be better, though: undermatresses are made of polyester which makes bedsheets slippery; None of the taps in the showers is not working, which makes washing babies when changing diapers a bit complicated; The door handles are difficult to open and should be changed; The air-conditionin in the living room was broken (the water drops all the time) and the owner said the electrician would come tomorrow, but it didn't happen, so we didn't use it. Overall, a nice experience, with few things I would change.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Sunset Villa’s. Nice and new villa’s with an awesome views of the ocean and sunsets. We had a small issue at check in that was remedied by Sussi and Pavlos very quickly. They were always responsive and quick to assist. Highly recommend the villa’s.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful - great views and location, had plenty of space for a family of 5 and was very clean. The outdoor area was extremely spacious with a perfect sized pool. Our villa representative, Chris, went above and beyond as a host. He was there for us at check in, assisted us with some of our transport and also helped us get a good price on a loan car. Only thing that to consider about this property is that the third bedroom is seperate to the main area of the house and is located downstairs (a studio). We didn’t have any issues with this space, but it is important to note this as some families may all want to be together. Overall very happy with the space and would definitely recommend staying at these villas!

Very nice place to stay. The pictures are exactly like the place looks in real. Kostas was good in communication and picked us up to take us to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace down to the city. You need a car to get to the restaurants, but then they are easy to reach.

Just An amazing apartment right off lefkada. Looks better than the picture in real life and very comfortable! Totally recommend for families or friends

Angelo's place was amazing! It was clean and comfortable and gorgeous, with stunning views, a great pool and a short walk down to a fabulous beach. A maid came to clean every day, which was awesome. (Special shout out of thanks to Sofia.) We would definitely stay here again.

Olive Grove is the most perfect house to stay in Paxos. Perfectly located - in the middle of everything. A beautiful house - really comfortable, great pool, lots of outside sitting areas, well equipped. We had a very happy holiday here and would love to return. Kathy was very helpful & efficient through the whole booking process

We had the most wonderful week staying at Evagelos’ villa in Agios Nikitas. Everything was perfect, the beautiful terraces (one terrace overlooking the bay, perfect for day and evening, and another terrace by the pool where we made good use of the BBQ), lovely interiors and bedrooms, plenty of towels and toiletries and just a really easy and enjoyable stay for our family of 8! Evagelos was really helpful and provided us with lots of information and interesting history about the surrounding area. It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful villa. We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Lovely secluded villa. We were a couple but felt quite a nice size for us. Lovely pool for our own use. Fully equipped and towels and bedding changed regularly and cleaned. Recommend this for a relaxing stay away from the crowds of a hotel. Situated at the top of the island it is an easy distance from Preveska airport of 30 minutes with good roads so no long transfers.

Great holiday experience. Not next to the sea but close to Lefkada and Nidri, in a quiet small and beautifull village whise tavernas are offering excellent food, maybe the best I experienced in Greece.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mandalos. Beautiful surroundings and the sunset view was amazing! Great communication with host and everything as described.

We had an incredible stay with our 3 sons. The villa was beautifully designed and well considered with amazing views. It was close to town and the beach. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the street about 100yrds away which sells most things. The villa was serviced really well , clean and the cleaners came halfway through. The pool was treated twice while we were there. The furniture was plentiful - liked the outdoor bean bag chairs and the air conditioning was excellent. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us. There were lots of dishwashing tablets and rubbish bags. The town about 7 mins walk away has great restaurants and a few bars and shops. Enough to keep us happy for a week. Local beaches are fab and 20 mins away is a town called Mytikas - a pretty little fishing town with great fish restaurants and cafes. We rented a car but probably didn’t need it as everything is on your doorstop. The agent Susanna was helpful communicative warm and responsive.

Firstly, Thalia was excellent and extremely helpful, she was a brilliant host. The home itself was beautiful. It felt like home from home. The decor was tasteful, the quality was first class (great beds!) and the views were sensational. Both my partner and I felt like we could have stayed there for at least another month. This property was an excellent find and the anyone renting it will be more than pleased they did.

We are a family of 4 including 2 kids and we had a fantastic stay at the villa in Palairos from 2–6 May 2025. The host, Apostolos, was excellent—welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. All amenities were in perfect working order, and the view was stunning. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I would also recommend renting a car to fully explore the beautiful surrounding coastline!!
