I recently stayed at Villa Marina in Padne, Kerala, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect for anyone looking to relax by the beach. The villa is well-maintained, with spacious, clean rooms and modern amenities that made our stay comfortable. The private lawn was a great spot to unwind, and the serene coastal views added to the charm. The host was very attentive and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere—the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. Waking up to the sound of the waves was magical. Overall, Villa Marina offers great value for money. We had great stay at Darshans ancestral property. the place is like in movies huge house and lawns. Sampath who is the chef and caretaker is a master chef ; he makes finger licking food. location is next to plantation you can see them and just enjoy the peace. i have found a place away from home whenever i want to visit coorg . will be back again

The home was modern, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for families, with great amenities for kids. The beautiful garden was perfect for relaxation, and the proximity to the sea was a major highlight. The food service was convenient and delicious, and the host provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. The on-site caretaker was always available to assist and keep the property clean, and an additional cleaning service added to the comfort. The only minor downsides were the lack of hot water and the narrow road leading to the property, which could be challenging for larger vehicles. Despite these small issues (which the host kindly acknowledged and assured to fix or provide a solution), the overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

Had a great time at Darshan's place. Recently stayed at the cottage and it was amazing. The cottage was very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided us with lots of helpful information about the area and offered us some great recommendations. The location was perfect and I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Avni in Nileshwar, hosted by the welcoming Naren. He made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived, even suggesting local places to visit and ensuring we had a comfortable experience throughout. The breakfast provided was delicious, and lunch and dinner are also available with a 3-hour advance order (at an additional cost), which was very convenient. The villa looks exactly like the pictures—beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well maintained. It’s located just about 100 meters from a quiet beach, which is easily accessible on foot. You can even hear the soothing sound of waves from the villa, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. I stayed here with my husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and my elderly mother, and we all had a very comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you, Naren, for making our vacation so enjoyable!

The property was accessible to the town of Kanhangad and the surrounding beaches. This place is perfect for the quiet atmosphere away from the city hustle and bustle.
