This property is absolutely gorgeous!! The views were amazing! Trish had literally every single amenity you could possibly offer. If I could rate my stay 10 stars ⭐️ I wouldn’t hesitate. Trish is responsive friendly and just over all an amazing host!!! Can’t wait to rebook!

What a great location ! After frying on the boat on Lake Havasu all day ... returning to Big River at dusk was so refreshing and peaceful. The house is pretty and air conditioning fantastic. My favorite was the wild life. So entertaining to seat outside and watch nature be itself without us. Thank you guys. We loved it and for sure will be back.

The stay at Kristi place was amazing! Cons: Resort office staff were rude and office closes at 4 (don't be late for check in). This is a trailer park resort with the spaces crammed on top of each other (not private). Front door was not obvious to find so it took me a minute to get inside. Place is small and the floors were slightly dirty. No ice maker which would be nice. Pros: Getting inside was easy once I found the front door. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you will definitely meet new people. The beach is right below the deck and you can carry kayaks up and down the stairs with relative ease. I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on the beach as it's only accessible to resort guests. Beds were super comfortable. Appliances were very nice and newer models. Deck and view of the lake are AMAZING! The whole vibe is adorable and Kristi was SUPER responsive and offered to have her cleaners come for the floors. I loved this place and definitely will revisit another time!

First off I just have to state that I knew nothing about Lake Havasu. I only before heard its name in movies and television. It was an impromptu stop on a cross country road trip and Lake Havasu is what makes road trips worthwhile. And I have to admit a strong reason for that statement was this amazing home. This is the type of home my friends and I hope for when we visit the Gulf coast beaches. Land & Shore’s home has everything needed to host, AND ENTERTAIN, any type of group. Just mere minutes away from every shop, and restaurant, a person could want but just removed far away enough to avoid the hustle & bustle traffic. Already plotting a return trip with friends/future fans. If we weren’t on a strict travel schedule we definitely would have stayed longer at this home.

My family loved staying here! The house was so clean and perfect for our getaway. We had some problems with our boat so having a huge garage WITH AC was SO convenient for working on it in the middle of the day. We also loved the added convenience of a commercial ice machine and the kids loved the pool. We’re overall very impressed that this house comfortably housed multiple families and two boats. Kelly also had great communication with us throughout our stay and was very helpful. We’re already looking into when we can come back and stay here again!

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

House was clean, close to the highway. Easy parking for boat and truck. Host responds quick. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book this place again

What an amazing home! It not only met but exceeded our expectations. The spacious home and separate casita fit our family perfectly! Sandro was very easy to work with, was friendly, and he responded quickly throughout the whole process. We were there for three nights, and everything went smoothly. We would all love to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend Sandro and this beautiful and peaceful home if you need a place to stay in Havasu. Just don't book it for the same time we decide to go back there, lol.

Great house, nice pool. We feel right at home, the home is in a great neighborhood. You can see the lake from the front yard which is a plus!Love the open concept of the home. Great host, can’t wait to come back.

The home is beautiful, clean and great for a weekend getaway! The boat parking made our stay convenient and the pool and spa were the perfect way to close out the days! Thank you for a great stay!

Took our annual Memorial Day weekend trip and it was one for the books. House is easy to find, clean, host is very responsive.

My family and I enjoyed Aillme house. it was comfortable with enough room to accommodate 9 of us. The highlight of the place was the swimming pool, it was perfect to keep the children entertained. I would stay again at this house if a return to Lake Havasu

Love the house and pool area. We had all the comforts of home. Beautiful yard and well maintained. Information book was spot on and easy to understand. All in all it was exactly what we wanted and provided us with a great vacation. Also would recommend this to all our friends. Thanks again.

Very comfortable home with nice amenities and easy access to biking trails, town, restaurants, and boat ramp. The campground is aging and in need of street repairs otherwise prime location and amenities.

This place was gorgeous! I’m very picky and it met all my criteria! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds and comforters were very soft and cozy! My family and I absolutely LOVED it! Bryan and Lorie Anne were 5 star hosts! We will be back….my husband and I want to buy the house!!! We loved it that much!

Very clean and quiet and all fenced so it was safe to let our dogs out to stretch their legs. Having the covered place to park was also a big plus in an area that gets hot. The location so close to two good places to eat and a quick stop market for snacks and gas was also really convenient. Comfortable beds and everything super clean.

Amazing home! We felt right at home and so comfortable being there. They provide everything you can imagine to make the stay easy and convenient! Shannon is an amazing host and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. Great house for families with babies and dogs. I cannot wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Lake Havasu home! It was incredibly comfortable, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. Perfect for young families or group of adults. My teenage kids enjoyed every minute. Every detail—from the layout to the décor—was well kept and clearly cared for. The space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. Our group of 11 (6 adults, 4 teens, and 1 kiddo) had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed home in Havasu. Everything felt fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. The teens especially loved the fun amenities, and the entire space was ideal for both relaxing and making lasting memories. The hosts were gracious, responsive, and clearly take great pride in creating a five-star guest experience. From the stylish decor to all the thoughtful little extras, you can tell a lot of heart went into this home. We’d absolutely stay again!
