Super located newly renovated lovely apartment in a historic house in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the city center! Pärnu main beach is about 5 minutes walk away. The house is located in the best summer area of the resort town, but on a pleasantly quiet, peaceful street. The house has private courtyard and the apartment has a separate private entrance. The apartment is on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace for morning coffee or barbecue in the evening. WELCOME!

This modern studio apartment is situated in the best place if you want to go to city centre or to the beach. Both are within short walking distance, to the beach about 10 minutes and to the city centre about 5 minutes. Next to the house you will find one of the most beautiful parks in Pärnu - Koidula park. Also, bars, pubs, old town, kids playgrounds and shopping centres are really close. For all tennis enthusiasts - tennis court is right next to the house!

New guest apartment for rent, located in the Mai district of Pärnu. Pärnu main beach is only 5 minute drive by car. Walking along the light traffic road for about 35 minutes. This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
