Churwalden is the gateway to the Lenzerheide/Arosa ski resort. The apartment is centrally located. Living room with 2 foldaway beds, bedroom with 2 beds. New shower with toilet, kitchen. TV, private parking in front of the house. In the basement, there is a ski and bike room. In the immediate vicinity (150-200 m, the two mountain railways, the longest toboggan run in Switzerland, ski school, an ice rink, Migros and Coop with full range of products. In summer, there are also tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool. The postbus stop is right next door.

The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.

The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included).
