A secluded safe condominium haven close drive to the beach and all necessities. A stunning garden and tasteful, impeccably up-kept house with best linen I’ve experienced in airbnb. Pool and luscious garden setting was a bliss. Lucia was an amazing host, I am very happy to have spent a week there! Absolutely recommend.

Everything worked out well in our stay. We needed a location closer to the event we were working on and Adriana collaborated 100% with our needs.

The accommodation is somewhat improvised in what used to be outbuildings, but no less attractive for that. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are not connected, you have to go outside, but it is covered with a dome. What was very practical and important for me was the entrance gate with a parking space for the car. That was safer, I had tools in the car. Kitchen and bathroom are super equipped with all sorts of things you might need. Bravo! The street is very lively. The neighborhood is not exactly quiet. I can imagine that it can be very busy and noisy in the high season, or that you can hardly get in or out with carnival, but I was not bothered by that in May.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. A very special thank you to Andréia, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm energy truly made a difference. I felt at home, the apartment has everything, I thought I would be afraid of the boats but I ended up getting used to it, we were well received the first time in a place that has everything, even welcome snacks, flexible schedules, and everything perfect with the house

The best location in Barra, the apartment matches the photos and descriptions, the building is easy to get around, it's a quiet place and the environment is always clean with the daily cleaning that is done in the apartment. Mr. Mario is very attentive and available! I'll be back!

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

We’ve stayed at tons of AirBnBs over the years and Andre and Raul’s was one of the coolest and Most memorable ever!! Andre and his father Raul were so incredibly kind, and the most gracious hosts. What we loved from start to finish - * Andre helped us get a driver to the house easily from Copacabana * Check In was flexible and he allowed us to store our things after we got in early * The home itself….omg it’s so awesome. Just like the pictures if not better! I wish we had booked for a week! * Amazing hiking nearby with trailheads that started right down the road leading to beautiful vistas, waterfalls, and monkey and toucan sightings! * Speaking of monkeys, we loved that on our first morning there one particularly friendly one came by to say hi! * The community is lovely, and we had a blast meeting some of the nearby neighbors who were also so welcoming * Views are absolutely stunning, especially from the back deck of the house and the pool! A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but in Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly, and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near a variety of shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had such a wonderful stay!! Andre was a great host, and he provided so many essentials within the airbnb (laundry detergent, bathroom necessities, beach towels/chairs, etc). He was super responsive whenever I reached out with a question or needed help with anything. The apartment is really nice and clean as well. I had stayed in Leblon with my partner for a week. Some of our highlights were the close proximity to the beach, the apartment's beautiful view, and shopping at the all nearby malls/stores. I would 100% recommend and would book this apartment when I visit again. Thank you Andre

Lovely, spacious apartment for a couple right in the heart of Leblon next to a lot of restaurants and bars. The place is beautiful and Ana was a great host, always responsive. Highly recommend it

I found the renata very willing, I had problems with the access key, and she soon found a solution, I found the apt super-equipped, very good location, despite indeed the noisy street, but I think this is relative, it didn't bother me, but my husband had more difficulty. My recommendation to host would be to have a fixed key inside to turn on the light, outside the entrance. And mirror in the wash. Super recommend and would come back

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is a must-see. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)
