Capy welcomed us very well, was very kind and was always available to assist us. It's a very nice staff. We felt at home. The house is very cozy , the pool is wonderful. The garden is a cinema thing, take the opportunity to make many photos. There are boats available at all times. We're already looking forward to returning .

Bindu is a fantastic host! Every morning she is super helpful about tips on where to go in Rio based on our interests. We lived her 7 days with our two kids (aged 6 and 9) who really loved to swim in the pool and hang out at home when we needed a break from the big city. Extremely delicious breakfast too. It has been amazing to live here!

It was a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful, the stunning view, Marjon, her husband, the kittens and the dogs were like our family. Only the sound of the wind, the trees, the birds. We had the best time there. Tauli was our main contact person before the trip and was always reachable and nice (we didn't get to know her personally). Once we got there, we were welcomed by Mairê. In the following days we also got to know Capy. Mairê and Capy were often around and were also very nice and attentive. When they were not there, the communication worked well via a chatting app. About the place, it is like a natural refuge in the middle of Rio (we were there during Carnival). We had both rooms and because of that, the whole space just for us, including the pool and the outdoor kitchen. We spent a good amount of time in these places. For our small children it was also amazing, with the big garden, the pool, the animals etc. Getting around with the taxi boats worked quite well in general. It was very nice to get from the house to the metro station. Repellent is essential, otherwise you'll be eaten alive by the mosquitos. We would definetely stay there again.

Great hosts! The place was exactly as described. The location is just a few minutes walk to Arcos do Lapa, some grocery stores and a few amazing restaurants. And there were Monkeys in the garden! Eduardo was a great host from the beginning. He gave excellent recommendations and made us feel like we were home. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay,super well located and super clean. Caroline is super helpful,we were super well received, well located location has everything close by (banks,supermarkets, bakery, large shopping mall 5 minutes away and fast food, subway station a few blocks away that leads to the beach and the city center)without difficulty for locomotion. The house is perfect according to the listing everything well planned and cozy. The place is quite quiet and quite safe. When I needed information, Caroline helped me with everything. Caroline is an excellent host note 1000, I highly recommend it. Me and my wife will come back more often. #amamosaTijuca❤❤

It was an incredible experience we had, the hospitality of the host Nicole was excellent, we felt at home. The tree house provides a very peaceful environment for those seeking peace and quiet in one place. Only compliments for the entire stay and reception.

Carol’s place is beautiful, the location is perfect. You are nearby to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as a great beach that’s much more chilled compared to Ipanema area. The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed and invites relaxation, we love it. Carol is an amazing, friendly host with a beautiful home, she accommodated all our needs and was very responsive. The recommended place if you are needing to put your mind in place and leave the soul in peace. An extremely cozy house with nature, brightness and corner of the birds. A great neighborhood, amazing architecture that makes you feel at home even without ever having stepped on it before. The captivating, communicative, kind and helpful hostess makes the experience at last, perfect. I will definitely return other times and with new people so that everyone can have the possibility to enjoy this house.

Maria was extremely hospitable! Always a lot of requests and cordial, always responding quickly to our requests, gave us tips of places around the neighborhood. I will definitely stay with her more often!

Marcelo and Isabel Very welcoming and kind. Speak French very well which is a big plus for us who don't speak Portuguese. The house is beautiful, a haven of peace. Our place was clean when we arrived, access by elevator and shower with a view of the sky, it was great. The pool is a meeting place with the owners and the other occupants, all very friendly. Very convenient Uber when you don't want to walk up from the Gloria metro. Access to all the tourist places of Rio, very good location of the accommodation. Maria’s place was exactly what we needed during our 10 day stay in Brazil. It was close to all the nearby beaches and tours we did during our time there. Maria let us check in once we got there which was amazing, we had the opportunity to settle in and enjoy rio the same day we got there. The apartment was perfect for us 3 and even accommodated 2 more people! I definitely recommend Maria’s place if you ever come to Brazil!

we spent our Carnival at the house of Tissi. the house served us super well (couple) . Close to restaurant , bar , easy to get around to other points of the city. Bike stations nearby and etc. always available to answer and answer questions, it still helped me with a need of the day of the day when I had to work a little . Finally I recommend the place and I intend to return soon

I felt very comfortable in the apartment and had a wonderful time there. The atmosphere is pleasantly familial, the neighborhood friendly, and the location simply ideal. The apartment is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Botafogo, yet only a 15-minute walk from the subway, perfect for exploring Rio from there. The area is also very safe, and I felt completely at ease walking outside alone at night. Marcia and Luiz are incredibly warm and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very flexible with the timing. The apartment is fully equipped, so I was able to prepare more elaborate meals over the holidays, when many of the restaurants were closed. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I hope to return someday!

Angelina was the one who received me, very polite and friendly and helpful, extremely clean, private and pleasant place, I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!
