It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay at Villa De Sol, Villa A, _LE REVE_ The house was spotless, super spacious, and felt like a peaceful little haven in Assagao. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, yet so close to all the buzzing spots and amazing food places around North Goa. One of the best parts was how easy it was to explore from here—Gunpowder was just a short drive and their Andhra prawn curry is a must-try. Also really enjoyed the laid-back vibes at Vinayak Family Restaurant—simple, delicious Goan food that hits the spot (their fish thali is chef's kiss). And for something more cozy and romantic, Ciao Bella had such a cute ambience and amazing pasta. The host(Nikhil and Glenda) were kind and responsive, and the check-in process was super smooth. Honestly, the whole experience just made the trip feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Goa!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Villa! The villa provided a peaceful and calming escape away from the usual hustle and bustle, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Right from the start, the experience was seamless thanks to the caretaker and host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. They ensured our check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made a great first impression. One thoughtful gesture that really stood out was that they made sure the villa was nicely chilled before we arrived — walking into a cool, refreshing space after traveling in the heat was such a welcome touch. A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

went with my family of 9 members. Amazing place.Huge lobby kitchen and bedrooms.Everything was clean and sharp. Pool was amazing as we all enjoyed. It's becomes a centre point if u want to go to morjim side or candloim side. The caretaker Ali was very responsive and took care of all our needs. The host Asha was very friendly and was available all the time and made sure we felt like home. Must must stay.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have never stayed at a more beautiful Airbnb than this! The host was absolutely phenomenal. She is so responsive, always tries to make sure our stay was just perfect. She tries to accommodate us whenever possible and the staff she provides is very pleasant. I will absolutely recommend staying at this property or any that this host owns. We will be returning and have recommended her locations to family and friends. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

The place is exactly like the pics! Clean and beautiful! The caretaker Pooja is lovely, big smile on her face all the time! It’s very easy to feel at home here! Pros - responsive staff, always attentive - clean bathrooms and the villa is spotless - if you’re a chai lover like me, pooja makes a great cuppa! - it’s peaceful and private - the library lounging area is flawless and has great aesthetics - getting around is easy. It’s in a fab location! Cons - the swimming pool couldn’t be utilised due to a pack of monkeys hoarding the area - the road out of the villa is just red mud path which made walking a pain with all the dust in the air. - the breakfast is bare minimal ( I feel a good breakfast would have added additional brownie points) - 1 male staff resides in the house downstairs, although he didn’t at any time make us uncomfortable (we were 3 women) or invade our space, mentioning as it’s something to consider. Over all, it’s a fab place! You won’t regret booking this one!!!

The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

Mandy is one of the best hosts I have come across and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs. She will make sure you are comfortable and there was a bedroom ac problem in this house so she offered me her 2bhk which was quite nice and more convenient for me as I was staying very near to that place. The WiFi was wonky for the first two days but I guess that was a problem in that area as my WiFi in the previous Airbnb wasn’t working at all. She gave me an early check in and even checkout was so smooth, no hassle or constant ringing of door bell to leave and all, she also agreed to give me a late check out. The house had some lovely artwork, antique furniture and was spacious and airy. The kitchen also had everything I would need to make my own meals. The Bluetooth speaker is what I enjoyed the most. Easy and relaxed vibe, it’s peaceful and a good society. Would definitely recommend.

The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It came with a PS5, which was a great touch for entertainment, and everything in the villa was in perfect working condition. The villa had three spacious rooms and a beautiful, clean pool that we really enjoyed. A fun highlight was the pink unicorn float in the pool — a small detail that added charm to the overall vibe. There was also a backup generator, which came in handy when there was a power outage in the area. We never felt any inconvenience thanks to it. The staff was polite, helpful, and regularly came in to clean, ensuring the villa stayed spotless throughout our stay. The host was extremely responsive and communicative — any minor issue we had was resolved quickly and professionally. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort.

We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.
