The house is cool in summer and warm in winter. If required, there is a radiant heater and ceiling fan. You can rest fabulously. You can't hear the noise outside.

It is an Industrial Loft apartment, with a decoration that makes it unique, a romantic and warm space, where you would like to rest not only one night, but more... It is 1 block from the Hidalgo Theater, excellent location, a few steps from the linear park, Independence Ave., where you will find several commercial businesses, restaurants, cafes, bars, notaries and 300 meters from the identity plaza, etc... we also have cable, internet, netflix, security cameras outside the apartment.
