House holiday rentals in Parris Island, Port Royal

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Thanks to Patricia and Veronica for a memorable trip!

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

This was a cute place to stay for my cousin’s 50th birthday! Lots of party supplies at the house, like a cake stand and balloon inflator. It was perfect for 7 of us ladies. The pool in the backyard was a huge bonus so we could cool off after a long day of walking in Savannah. It a great location if you’re looking to spend time in both Savannah and Tybee. 15 mins from each. Very central and close to hop on the freeway. They’ve done a great job of updating the house to be more modern. One thing to note is that the pink room has a step down - so if you have an ADA guest, they will feel most comfortable sleeping in the blue room. Even though the houses are close together, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The backyard felt private with a newer fence on one side and lots of trees to make it feel secluded. Plenty of parking for 2 cars front to back in the driveway. It’s great that there is a Publix right around the corner too so you can grab last minute groceries. Overall it was great!

We had the best time! We arrived late in the evening but were able to get right in and get settled. I went right to the pool, not to swim, just to enjoy the view! The house was perfect! So much natural light with the large windows and skylights! Everyone had plenty of room in the bedrooms. The games were great! We had 4 "kids" ages 23, 22, 21, and 20 and 2 kids for a couple of days ages 5 and 9. They played pool, ping pong, and foosball everyday. I enjoyed my morning coffee by the pool everyday, under the covered back porch when it rained. The house was super close to most of our activities, including the beach! LuKa was super responsive to my many questions! If we ever make it back to Savannah we will stay here again!

What a gem of a place just outside of the hustle of Old Town. The accommodations were perfect, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, and the pool was an added bonus. We would absolutely recommend staying here - a 10/10 ⭐️

When we walked into the octagon treehouse, we couldn’t stop squealing, “how cool is this?!” Kim’s home is one of the most fun and interesting stays we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Kim and her family obviously have natural talent for hosting because the house was perfectly furnished with practical, comfortable and beautiful furniture and amenities, which made us feel at home right away. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay. It was wonderful from top to bottom thanks in large part to Kim’s recommendations and beautiful home. FYI, our young kids were obsessed with this house. We hope to be back again!

Home is just like the photos. My favorite feature was that you are able to adjust the thermostat for each floor. With guests coming from north and south we were able to adjust the temp to ensure everyone was comfortable. There was a high chair and cribs for the babies. It was great

We had a great trip to Port Royal! We were looking for a small coastal town, walkable restaurants, and a home with a pool to spend our days. This house was PERFECT! Not only was it VERY CLEAN, Alyssa and Lisa thought of everything (extra towels, beach towels, paper towels, laundry supplies, pool toys, blankets, games, etc). It was perfect for our family of 4 (two of whom are 12 and 14), we could have easily had a few others join us! I would HIGHLY recommend this rental!

The stay was great, the house was nice and clean and comforting. Very quiet neighborhood and close to PI for bootcamp graduates. Food and things to do within 5-10 minutes of the stay. Would definitely stay again.

This home was absolutely spotless. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, and we lacked for nothing. All the appliances were updated and all worked. The decor was homey and relaxed. The beds were comfortable, with wonderful pillows and bedding. We had 3 adults and 3 children staying at the house, and it never felt crowded. The fenced-in yard was a plus, as the children could run around safely. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was perfect; everything from Parris Island to downtown Beaufort was a very short drive away. We will definitely keep this place at the top of our list when we return to Beaufort! Thank you, Joseph for providing us with a wonderful home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay! Clean, spacious home perfect for my family vacation. A/C was great and ceiling fans in every room. Beds and pillows were comfy. Fenced in backyard perfect for our dog. We are already planning on our next stay at this home <3. Thank you for having us!

It was a perfect place to stay during my sons graduation week from bootcamp . Only 10 min drive to Parris Island.

The house and the surrounding areas were gorgeous. Extremely nice and quaint. The accommodations were excellent, and the interior design of the place was spot on. The family and I went for walks and really felt immersed in the local culture. We ate at local restaurants, and walked around the nature preserve. I highly recommend staying at this property because it was everything and more Liz is an extremely accommodating host, and I will definitely bring the family back!

Thank you for such an amazing week. The place was exactly what were hoping for and more. It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, lots of fun places to see and eat within walking distance. The pass to Hunting Island State Park was a nice touch as we spent several days exploring that area. Thanks again!

I could not have been happier with this place. I’m a travel nurse and stayed here for a week until my long-term rental was ready. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer. The location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Beaufort! Our son was graduating from Marine boot camp and this was the perfect place to stay, allowing him to decompress. Loved spending time here and we enjoyed this beautiful home. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend. Bill thought of everything to make your stay feel special. The layout is amazing for the amount of space. All the dishes, pots and pans were top quality. Truly the nicest appointed place I’ve rented.

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

will be booking again. We booked this for our son's Marine graduation but we go down there 2 or 3 x yearly. everything was perfect. great nd multiple food spots all within a mile or 2.

Williams plsce Air B n B was a really lovely place, nice neighborhood, and close to alot of shops and restaurants with in a couple of miles from the house, we enjoyed our stay, i recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to stay in Beaufort, SC.

Absolutely fabulous. The best location if you’re going to Parris Island. Home is beautiful, neighbors are very friendly, even invited us over to a party. the home has everything you need. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels if you’re going to go to the beach and or kayaking. And bring your own folding chairs.

We loved staying in Juliane’s cozy little cottage! Our three kids thoroughly enjoyed the shaded outdoor space and it was wonderful that the yard is fenced in so I didn’t have to worry about wondering feet outside of the yard. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that all the rooms had fans for additional comfort during the night. Juliane was a wonderful host and we’ll definitely be back!

The place was beautiful and secluded. Nice way to escape from everyday life. House was very clean and well kept, accommodates at least 6 guest comfortably. Has all the amenities from grilling to indoor cooking. Great little patio on the back deck just to hang out and chill. The only 2 things I wish it had was bigger beds, as they were full size and a better beach access. The beach access was just down the road, which wouldn't gave been bad, but some of the locals were very protective of the entry as high tide came in. They parked their golfs at the beach access making it difficult to get by. Nothing of the owners doing though. I would also recommend bringing water shoes since the beach area is full of oyster shells. We had a great little get away despite some of the small hurdles!
