Villa holiday rentals in Parrot Cay

Wishing Fish was everything just as pictured and described. The gazebo is amazing, there’s a short walk to the very private and very beautiful Taylor Bay Beach. The walk down to the beach is a mini-mini hike lined with tropical plants and lush bushes- definitely will need Tevas water shoes or Chacos as flip flops or going barefoot won’t do for the walk down to the beach. Overall it was perfect, spacious, BRIGHT, and the snacks waiting for us was an amazing staple after a long day of travel before we could get to the store. The water cooler was also a fabulous bonus that we didn’t know about- such a money saver as we just refilled our water bottles. The outdoor shower was amazing, some people used it to actually shower in as it is very private 🤭🤭. We would definitely recommend the villa, the surrounding houses were gorgeous. We were checked on throughout the week and only ONE minor inconvenience was immediately addressed, but we felt it not needed to fix during our stay. Def book!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Presidential Suite at the Treehouse. Ivan and Gena were wonderful hosts who were very friendly and responsive. The space was peering for our needs and so conveniently located a 2 minute walk from Grace Bay beach. All the chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kids beach toys, and snorkel gear available to use was a wonderful perk. Our young kids enjoyed the pool every day and we will always cherish our memories here. Thank you Ivan and Gena for hosting us. Highly recommend.

The Host was very friendly and responsive. Place was nice and clean. During our visit had lots of issues with mosquitoes maybe due to rain prior week. They did provide with zapping machines, but didn’t help much. Overall the place is highly recommended and walkable distance from beach.

I booked this for some colleagues that were going to Turks very last minute for a work trip and Jasmine was great! She was very quick and thorough to communicate and made it very easy.

Pros: - Beautiful and clean villa. - Nice swimming pool (although we didn't use it because you want to use all the beautiful beaches during the day, and during the night the pool water was too cold for us – I wish it was heated) - Great beach stuff available (5 foldable chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, kid toys, ...) - Good host. We never met them but they were responsive on the app. - Not far from the airport. Only a 10-15min drive - maybe even less without traffic. - Big size. While the kid was asleep upstairs, we could watch TV downstairs. - Their TV supported Apple TV so we could easily connect a laptop and mirror the screen. - Private and quiet. Although at nights you could hear music a bit in the upstairs bathroom. I think there is a club or something not too far. Cons: - The location is not walkable at all. It's in a dead end and you have to drive on the highway to go anywhere. - Expensive. But everything on the island is expensive. A similar villa in Mexico would be less than half

We had the best stay at Hakuna Matata. The home was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed. The pool was perfect for morning and afternoon dips. The home had everything we needed for the beach. We took advantage of the golf cart a couple of days to head to Long Bay Beach but ended up driving all over the island to check out the many amazing and beautiful beaches. We had our older children with us and they all loved this trip and home!

We travel to Turks & Caicos a lot and Melissa home was truly a gem. Melissa home is in private peaceful location and the description was very accurate according to what’s listed on Airbnb. Her communication was on point as well. When, we return to the islands we would book her home again.

My husband and I loved this place. Private, gorgeous house, and a sweet little beach in front. The owners thought of everything, including beach lounges and umbrella, so it's an effortless transition from house to pool to beach. Shallow waters make kayak launches a breeze. There's a little evening noise from a nearby club, but it was far enough away not to be a problem. The location is on a sound and not ocean front, but when we visited Grace Bay Beach one day, we agreed that staying in Amalfi on the sound was a sanctuary in comparison. Highly recommended.

Just as the previous comments, you are paying for the view. We had issues with water but Regina and the maintenance team got it working by 11 pm on Easter. There are upgrades that need to be done to the house but we made it work. Regina made our stay wonderful and very responsive to our text messages. We plan on coming back to bring the extended family.

Our stay at Villa Blu was perfection! Our trip was 5 girls for a birthday celebration and the accommodations were on point! The walk to the beach along with the beach accessories was a HUGE highlight. George our concierge was lovely, fast to answer texts and offered local recommendations. We also appreciate told the suggested taxi driver, made us feel safe knowing this person was recommended and he was there whenever we asked. The kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to have breakfast everyday at the villa and a few grilled dinners. If I ever get to return to Provo I would 100% stay here.

Breathless views and great restaurants within walking distance. Quiet beach.

The host was very friendly and attentive, always super quick to respond and was helpful! The home was great, the pool was very clean. They had a lot of cooking tools, even an air fryer, that was great and useful. Our stay was peaceful & beautiful!

Ms Pam's home was amazing!!! She was very kind and SUPER responsive!!!! I would definitely stay there or another of her properties AGAIN. I do encourage you to rent a car or have a dedicated driver if you plan to take adventures or site see. This home is in a beautiful private neighborhood that ours amazing solitude and safety, but getting around can be difficult with out arranged transportation. Ms Pam providing many taxi and rental car resources for us and we would have been lost with our her! I can not say enough nice thinga about her and this property. JUST BOOK IT

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Katie's place. The location was private but still close to great beaches and restaurants. The place itself was clean and organized with great amenities. Katie provided great instructions/recommendations and she was very responsive. The only downside was the ongoing construction around the property. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to beautiful Turks and Caicos!

Absolutely loved this beautiful Airbnb!!! The location was amazing as it’s the last home on a little hill and the views over look the gorgeous Turtle Cove area of Grace bay beach. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, we used it daily as well as the second sitting area in the back side of the house. Furnishings were nice throughout and kitchen was more than adequately stocked. Christina recommended local dining options and we enjoyed several on her list. She also recommended a kayak trip through the mangroves with Surfside Ocean Academy, incredible experience with our guide Morgan-highly recommend checking this out! Thank you Christina for being such a wonderful host and would not hesitate to book again if ever in Turks and Caicos!

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

Wellington’s place was awesome!!!!!! Grateful That I chose to stay here. The area is very quiet and very peaceful. If you’re looking to be away from the tourist areas and want tranquil and quiet then this is your place. The photos don’t do any justice for the view or the home. The home was very cleaned all of the rooms are spacious. It’s about 15-20 to all things tourist or to clubs and bars and activities Wellington was VERY responsive to anything that was needed or if I had questions. 10/10 recommend. My friend and I definitely felt safe here. I will most definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality Wellington!

Beautiful house! Met the needs of our party of 4. Hosts were great communicators and provided useful recommendations. Transportation is expensive. Essentially a $100 roundtrip most places. A few excursion hosts provide roundtrip transportation. They are pretty accommodating. I recommend having the airbnb location pinpointed on google maps when traveling from airport to airbnb. They did not know where villa was located so the gps was necessary. Most likely will be first stop as grace bay is located further out. Nonetheless, had an amazing stay!

Paradise Perfection!! We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Stephanie’s home…”Beach Please Villa” The house has a perfect layout to accommodate our 6 adults. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to anything we needed. Tim and Stephanie answered our questions quickly which made everything so easy. We had a perfect stay in paradise. Highly recommend!!!

My family and I loved the place. It was secluded and private. Amazing pool and the house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great host!

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at Eric's Villa 3. Overall, we were very happy and had a relaxing week. Eric is very friendly and a wonderful host. Eric's delicious pastries magically appeared on the outdoor patio table every morning. What a treat! The Villa is very peaceful and had a nice outdoor space with a refreshing pool, overlooking Long Bay. We thought the space seemed bigger than in the photos and we appreciated two bathrooms and two twin beds for our children. It was a great location, convenient to Grace Bay beaches. Very clean and functional. Nice beds; we all slept well. We felt safe and enjoyed quiet time out on the deck at night. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb on Provo! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. Ken and Norman were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We felt right at home the entire trip. If we ever come back, we wouldn’t think twice about booking this place again.
