I really can't say enough good things about this place and Adriano as a host. From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations. But what really stood out was how he went above and beyond during my stay - when it started pouring rain one afternoon, he actually brought me an umbrella without me even asking. That's the kind of thoughtful hospitality you just don't expect. The studio suite itself was perfect for what I needed. The kitchen had everything I could want - and it was so nice having that option. The terrace quickly became my favourite spot, especially in the mornings with my coffee. The sea view isn't full-on ocean, but it's exactly what they advertise as "partial" and honestly, it was beautiful. I spent way more time out there than I expected. The bathroom was spotless and well-designed. Good water pressure, plenty of space, and everything felt fresh and clean. It's those little details that make a difference.

Janus’ place was great, having a pool and hot tub on the property & beach chairs/cooler readily available was a huge plus. Janus was very communicative and left extremely detailed instructions prior to our arrival. We also felt very safe in the gated community vs. staying on a resort. I will say a rental car is a necessity, on average we drove about ~10 mins to where all the attractions were (i.e Grace Bay, restaurants, airport, etc) as nothing was walking distance. Overall, i highly recommend booking here and can’t wait to come back one day!

the beach cottage was perfect size for us (two travelers). the property was close to airport and less than 15 min drive to grace bay beach and the airport. perfect for a pair of travelers or solo trips. roomier than I expected. ac and TV setup was great. host was responsive and helpful. accommodating and reasonable. thanks a ton!
