Bienvenue dans notre charmante maison Creusoise, confortable, fraichement rénovée et équipée du Wifi. Elle est située dans un hameau paisible proche du village où se trouve la boulangerie (ouverte le matin) et à 10 min de l'axe routier principal (RN145). Le site des Pierres Jaumâtres à Toulx Sainte Croix est à 15 min de voiture et offre randonnées, accrobranche et restaurant. Le Golf de la Jonchère est à moins de 10 min et la réserve naturelle de l'Etang des Landes à moins de 20 min.

Gîte with pool in the green hart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Enjoy this stone house located in a 130-hectare estate with family or friends. You can take walks on foot in a relaxing setting and away from traffic, picnics outdoors as well as fishing (extra charge) on our 10 hectare pond. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the town of Gouzon (supermarket, pharmacy, Tuesday morning market, doctor...), 20 minutes from Guéret and 30 minutes from Montluçon via the N145.
