Here you can really care about yourself, but if you're missing something, help is close by.

If you arrive by car, there is plenty of space outside to park your car. The nearest grocery store is in 4 minutes walking distance. With 4 minutes walk you can also reach a small swimming lake. Hiking trails and exercise tracks pass near the house. Shopping malls with over 100 shops are 5 minutes away by car.

It lacks a proper kitchen but has a bench with a fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchen-ware.

Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
