Cozy Guesthouse Surrounded by Nature

Convene with nature while sitting on the tranquil deck of this secluded home close to Pasadena and downtown LA. The relaxing feel continues indoors, with high beamed ceilings, warm wooden floors, and colorful rugs. Furnishings are comfy and eclectic. For the convience of our guests, a crib is offered for a nominal fee. We offer a stand alone high speed internet connection dedicated just to the guesthouse. EV charging is available for the guest. The chargers are 240 volts level chargers We have a queen bed w/ a soft down comforter, a queen size sofa bed, a flat screen TV, modern appliances, and beautiful finishing touches from my family - such as fresh flowers! :) The guest house is 100 feet away from the main house. Guests will have plenty of space, their own modern kitchen, washing/drying machine, flat screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and plenty of parking right next to the guest house. My family is very friendly - we will be living across the lot at our house. Please feel free to chat with us - we've lived in LA a long time and are always happy to offer suggestions or advice. The neighborhood consists of houses built during the '50s and '60s, mostly ranch style houses with large lots. The house sits approximately 100 feet off the main street, at the end of the golf course. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Of course, you can park your car on our long driveway! The Gold Line is 2 miles south. It goes into LA downtown Union Station. From there are different subway or metro lines which go to Culver City, Santa Monica, Universal Studios, Long Beach There are hiking trails right outside the door. All guests staying more than a week get maid service every Friday. A baby cot/crib is available for guests who have a need for it at an addional cost of $25 per stay
