The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

We had a great stay! Ma’am Antonneth was very kind and responsive, always quick to reply. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also appreciated being able to use the condiments, coffee, and sugar provided, just as mentioned in the description. Overall, a generous and welcoming host. Highly recommended!

The place was clean. We were expecting there would be some cockroach but surprisingly there wasn't any. It had enough stuff to live by and the host was really responsive. We had a great stay! :)

Generally, me and my friends really loved the place. We were able to stay there comfortably and it’s only a walking distance from SM MOA. There’s also stores, food stalls and restaurants under the same building so it’s pretty convenient. The only issue we had was the network signal as there were times when we’re losing data connection. The WiFi was also not working that well but we thought it’s fine since we never stayed that long in the unit the whole day and we’re constantly going out. Bottomline, everything was totally fine. The place is clean and we were able to use the kitchen especially. The guards in the building are very accommodating so checking in and out was smooth. The area also felt safer.

Our stay was beyond amazing. The host Sir Carmelo, was incredibly responsive and I truly appreciate his consistent and thoughtful assistance with every inquiry and request. The place is beautifully designed, and every detail from the decor to the lightning, adds to the warm and inviting ambiance that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Would absolutely book again. Highly recommended.

Great space for a quick stay near NAIA3, or any of the airports. The walk through the bridge from NAIA3 to Newport was helpful and while short, was hot. Mia'a unit was thankfully cool when I got in. The staff had prepped it as soon as I informed them of my ETA. The studio apartment is good for 2-3 people. You are also close to shops for your necessities.

I find Leyn's place very comfortable after long hours of travel from abroad. Sulit ang bayad. She is very friendly and very responsive upon queries.

Such a great experience and honestly, so worth it. The place looked exactly like the photos. Clean, cozy, and well maintained. What really made the stay even better was the host. Raul, and especially Ms. Nimpha, were both really helpful. Ms. Nimpha was super responsive and took the time to explain everything about the unit, even the little details you wouldn’t normally think to ask. Check-in was easy, the place felt safe and peaceful, and it had everything we needed for a chill and hassle-free stay. Definitely recommending this one and would book again for sure. :)

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

The place was exactly what we expected. Every instruction, from check-in to check-out, was stated clearly, though I found it overwhelming. The kitchen is superb; every piece we used is elegant and durable. Obviously, the owner did not skimp.
