Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Philippines

This was the best host experience I've ever had on Airbnb. Wayne and his co-host Amy were super friendly, scheduled everything for us to a T, and made us feel right at home. The house is really big and really comfortable. Big room, big bathrooms, huge living room. The pool is awesome too with a waterfall. The unit is set back about 2min walk from the beach front, which made is secluded and quiet, yet easily accessible to all the fun activities. Amy not only helped us book dives at her dive shop, she also helped us book transportation from Manila, tuktuk for going around town, and island hopping trip. Everything was also really affordable. I can't wait to come again.

Absolutely Incredible Stay - A Hidden Gem! From the moment we arrived, this cabin exceeded all expectations. Scenic location, it offered perfect blend of comfort, style and nestled in a peaceful location. The cabin itself was beautifully maintained, with cozy interior. Overall, a relaxing escape from metro manila. The host was equally amazing! Responsive and committed to make sure out stay was perfect. Every detail, from check in to check out was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with luxury, privacy and charm, this is it. Highly, highly recommended!

Beautiful spot. Communication was top notch we were given heaps of advice about what we could do and all the different options. Great snorkeling on the doorstep. Will recommend to any friends coming to Coron.

Fantastic spot amount the chaos of general luna, Only downside was the ceiling fans in the outdoor area being out of action, had a couple of pedistool fans in place though. Pool was cleaned regularly and was at a perfect temperature. Aircon in the rooms was super cold and worked a treat, just what we wanted. Host helped arrange transfers to and from locations, super helpful. Would recommend, seeing other accomodation that friends were staying at, this one was a clear winner.

We were a group of 12 on a Holy Week break - 3 families with teens and young kids- and rented Balai LaHi as well as the Sunrise Room. This place overdelivers in spades!! When we weren’t enjoying the beach out front, we lazily lounged around the house. There were many different areas to chitchat, reconnect, play board games; and equally many quiet corners to read a book, crochet and take naps. The hosts, Cholo and Tor, were amazing - they helped us arrange services for a cook and kitchen helper; provided us with great directions and restaurants to try, shared Lenten schedules and personal tips to enjoy the festivities. But beyond helping with logistics, they were always warm and welcoming and made us feel like long-time friends instead of transient guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay - we came for the Moriones of Marinduque, but we will return for Balai LaHi. It was the easily the highlight of our trip!

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Thank you for letting me stay in your wonderful place! – beyond ordinary indeed!

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

A wonderful space with many restaurants to visit. Very easy to get local transportation to malls and places. Would definitely recommend!!

The unit is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well as very comfortable. We love the bay view and we were really surprised by how close it is to a lot of tourist spots! I would love to bring my family next time!

We truly felt at home during our stay. Kuya Ronald was always warm and accommodating, greeting us with a smile whenever we needed anything. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times while I worked, but overall, I was still able to do my tasks without any issues. The place was well-equipped with appliances, so we were able to cook some of our meals, which made the experience even more homey.

This is my second stay at Vince’s. The location is great, the apartment has a beautiful view, and it was super clean, stylish and comfortable. I would return again!
