stay was fantastic. only things I would have a (complaint) about would be there is nothing to hold onto while getting in the pool and the master bedroom has 1 outlet per side due to no ceiling lights. otherwise absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be staying again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the country house. Everything was clean and easy to find. I appreciated that all cleaning supplies , papertowels , toilet paper etcetera was on hand in the home.

We usually stay in a hotel, but this time my husband and I decided to rent an Air B&B house with a screened in pool. We have family that live in the area. So we all got together had a cookout and some of us went swimming. This house is very accommodating for a family. We will come again. We already told our other children that live by us we need to do a family vacation!

This house was perfect. It is extremely clean, the pool area is safe and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes, and there are plenty of towels and linens. Kristina was always responsive to any questions I had which made for a really easy trip! The location is safe and the very central, but the house is private. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This Airbnb was everything we could've asked for and more while staying in Dade City to visit family. It was in a good location, everything was very clean and tidy, and the space was very welcome. They had toys, a pack n play, and left tasty cookies out for us, making it an extra welcoming environment for my children. I can't wait to stay here again!

Donna’s place was clean and exactly like described. My dad stayed for a month in the New Port Richey area to get out of NYS during the winter. He enjoyed his stay. Has everything he needed. I even visited with my 9 month old daughter and Donna had a pack n play that we used as her crib to sleep. It was very convenient. He said he walked downtown where everything was going on in less than 10 mins. Good location.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. Jim was a great Host. Meet me at the unit went over features of the unit made sure we knew where to find the Internet code, door lock code and how to reach him if we had any questions. Look forward to rent from Jim again.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.

The place was very clean and neat when I arrived. The owners placed a binder near the front door that gives small information such as food places, laundry facilities, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a small vacation for about a week or less!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
