The house was very neat and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was good and close enough to businesses. Conny was very responsive and friendly. We hope to visit there again when we come visit family.

Rachel’s home was everything it was advertised and more than we expect, we lost our home to Helene down the street from her home, so being able to be in our beautiful community ment so much to us as well as finding this little gem to stay in for two weeks while we took care of business, the house is beautiful and felt like home to us, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home, highly recommend this house and would definitely book again. She was very accommodating to our needs and always responded quickly to any questions we had! If you’re looking for a cozy at home feeling, Rachel’s place should not be overlooked!

Awesome place

Monique’s villa was SO pretty! No corners were cut when she remodeled and designed this beautiful place—gorgeous! All 3 bedrooms had beyond comfortable mattresses and linens along with all 3 bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed, plus more! The pool was literal steps from the back porch where we enjoyed lots of time with our kids (we never saw anyone so it felt like our own) We enjoyed coffee and a cocktail on the comfortable outdoor couch while watching bunnies, birds and some geckos in the garden areas. We are looking at coming back in a few months to Florida and won’t hesitate to rent this home again. This home is also located close to restaurants and shops, plus it is in gated Saddlebrook resort where there is golfing, restaurants and pools you can utilize. Great find!

This place was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the house was clean and welcoming. Everything I needed was exactly where Kimberleigh said it would be. Kimberleigh has everything you could possibly need, from make up remover wipes to hair ties and straighteners in case you forgot your own. The home was sparkling clean and quite comfortable, with extra throw blankets and pillows. Every detail you can think of for a peaceful getaway has been executed. Kimberleigh, thank you for the clear communication and quick responses to everything and having such a beautiful getaway spot you’re willing to share with the world. I didn’t want to leave but I will certainly be back.

very cute space perfect for our stay! host was more than accommodating and had quick response times gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. space was clean and looked exactly like the pictures!

We spent two weeks here. Beautifully remodeled, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the patio in the back. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

It was immaculately clean and five star comfortable. Diane was a great communicator and we felt very welcome. We absolutely loved this stay and already trying to find time to book again!

Amy was a wonderful host and always available if we needed her. She made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay again when we are down there visiting.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Very clean condo. Francis and Brad were very quick to respond to anything we needed. The only thing we needed was for the water filter to be replaced on the refrigerator, and Brad was there within the hour to replace it.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

The place was cozy and nicely decorated. Loved having breakfast in the enclosed porch. Bobby was friendly and flexible. I’d definitely stay there again!
