The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Thank you KAmila's Place for our very first experience staying at your place. The Unit is really great to stay / relax with. Mapapa- feel at home ka talaga. Everything you need are in there (may pa coffee and tea with matching snacks hehe). The place is cozy,clean and smells great.Perfect ang view hehe especially at night . Staying at Chum’s was very easy and we felt right at home. She’s a very responsive host and catered to all of our needs. The place is just as described, you can cook, use the spa and other facilities. It’s very accessible and close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again when we come back to Makati.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is worth the price. It is relaxing and complete with all the things needed for our stay. Aside from that the host set clear instructions before and during the stay and responsive on our quiries.

We enjoyed our unfortunately short stay at Garry's beautifully presented, comfortable and thoughtfully fitted out and well equipped unit. We appreciated the dual tv's and the great sound system in the living room which was great for listening to our fave hip hop tracks. The nearby Century City mall and supermarket was really convenient and we took advantage of the excellent laundry service in th ebuilding.

Another worry free stay at Tim's unit. Will continue to use this location whenever it matches with my travel plans. Nice job to Tim and his crew.

Our stay in Samaya was over all comfortable. The property is situated in a well kept compound. Beautiful gardens and good path walk for late evening walks, huge pool,local kiosk and laundry is also available. Security is very good. Rooms are well kept. simple and clean. It is as shown as the photos given. In house entertainment like Netflix and youtube are also available :) Wonderful hosts. Very responsive. Takes care of what you need right away! Checkin and out was a breeze. If you are looking for a charming, quiet and clean place to stay - Samaya is the place to be! We look forward to returning on our next visit. :)

Highly, highly recommend! My partner and I stayed at Amer’s unit for 3 months and it had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The unit itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home. It even has a PS4, which kept us entertained on many nights. We also really loved the balcony, which had a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view of Manila. The building was convenient, with a water refill station, a self-service laundromat, a convenience store, and even a café and restaurant. The location was perfect. It’s close to BGC, Megamall, and LRT. It was easy to book a Grab or catch a tricycle right outside the building. Amer was an amazing and considerate host. He always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and thoughtful enough to provide complimentary snacks and a universal socket since he knew I was visiting from abroad. This place is a gem. Definitely would stay again!

It’s just a short walk to the mall, food chains, pharmacies, and most importantly, the US Embassy and St. Luke’s Medical Center, which was the main reason for our trip. Everything we needed was within reach. Another thing we really appreciated was the high level of security in the building. We felt safe throughout our stay, with attentive guards and strict access protocols in place. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — whether for leisure or official appointments. We’d definitely stay here again! 💓

I travelled for work and stayed at Marks place as it was walking distance to my office. It was very comfortable and convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Would happily stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful staycation. Lovely and EJ are very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The place did not disappoint. So cozy, clean, complete amenities, feels like home. My children loved the place and the pool. We will definitely book again! P.S. Their angels are also nice and respectful.

This was the first we booked a shared pool listing, thinking it would be crowded considering it's summer. Also we always preferred to stay in an entire home for privary. But John Paul's listing gave us both the privacy and the space we wanted during our entire stay. The unit itself is spotless clean, not a single vermin in sight. It was just the right size for our family of 4, and had basically everything we needed. The whole vicinity was very peaceful and safe even at night. Even the guards were friendly and helpful. Like my son said, John Paul's place deserve a 10/10 rating. Definitely endorsing and coming back to this home!
