Villa holiday rentals in Paso Robles

This is a unique house with a gorgeous view. The house is located on a private road about half way between the coast and Paso Robles, which was perfect for our itinerary of visiting Hearst Castle and Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. Gil was very helpful when we arrived showing us the features of his beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kitchen was well stocked and a very functional space for cooking and hanging out. There was plenty of seating for our entire group, which consisted of several families coming together with young kids, and the beds were all very comfortable - even the couch that turned into a bed. The best parts were the serene surroundings, watching the sunset, and the outdoor space where the kids ran around and played while we bbq’d. It’s a little drive to get to the bigger wineries, but scenic and doable. We went to Sculpterra, which was the perfect for families with kids. Overall, a great trip and stay at the house.

This is our second visit to Aterno Estate and Vineyard. We have not only enjoyed a wedding at the vineyard, but most recently celebrated a milestone birthday with friends. We can’t say enough about how special this place is… from the beauty of the house to the loveliness of the vineyard. Every morning we watched the sunrise over the hills, and even on the one day it rained we were rewarded with glorious double rainbows. Aterno Estate is centrally located and we enjoyed days trips to San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Cambria and Cayucos and other fun stops all along the way. While there were many wonderful places to dine nearby, we also enjoyed the opportunity to cook in a very well appointed kitchen with everything we needed for gourmet meals. The pantry was provisioned with all the basics making our meal preparation a breeze. Nothing was overlooked to make this one of our most memorable celebrations. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze… communication with the host was excellent.

Home was very beautiful. Home was clean and organized. The views was spectacular and so peaceful. The kids loved the mini farm they were able to pet the goat and go in the chicken coop. The home is beautiful inside and out with plenty of area's to site relax with plenty to see. Thank You for sharing your home with us.

My family stayed at Peters home over Easter weekend and we all had a wonderful time. We enjoyed cooking easter dinner in the gorgeous kitchen (everything we could needs was there!) The grandkids had so much fun finding easter eggs and swimming in the pool (which was the perfect temperature) . Our family had fun staying at Jacob’s place. It was close to town and only ten minutes away from some great vineyards for wine tasting. Everything was clean and the layout was perfect for two families. The house is situated on top of a hill which gives it a very private feel. The entire family enjoyed hanging out by the heated pool everyday. We would definitely book Jacob’s Place again if he would have us.

Eric was a great host and we had a great time at the place. Would recommend scheduling Ubers if you plan to take as it's isolated and can take a while to get one. Place was clean and matched description. Would rent again.

The views are impeccable. I really enjoyed my stay there. I was able to cook a magical dinner. A place was serene and peaceful. I really appreciated the linens being so clean the home has a great layout. The pool was sparkling clean. There was plenty of coffee and tea options. I really hope to stay here again. Cynthia’s place is a bit out of town but that’s what we were looking for. Had many amenities which you will not find at most Airbnb, so if you’re there with kids or adults…all will be entertained. Easy 15min drive into downtown Paso Robles. But also even close to Sensorio, Estrella Warbirds museum and many wineries. Very relaxing. Rustic feel with modern charm. Definitely will book again if in the area!
