An amazing apartment close to great restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was beautiful, and quiet - great for relaxing after a busy day. Gerald was a great host, responsive and friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Manila.

Probably one of the best Air BnB’s we have stayed in. The location was perfect, the apartment itself was beautiful, and obvious that the owner takes pride in taking care of the unit. But the best part I think are the people involved in taking care of the guests for this apartment…Heather, Janella and Tata…you made our stay very pleasant. Thank you!

Fantastic host! Communication was fast and clear throughout the stay. When the water heater wasn’t working, they were very understanding and quickly offered a refund without any hassle. Truly appreciated their professionalism — highly recommended!

Super worth it, bang for the buck! Very nice location and the unit is very functional! They have maximized the space. We loved the loft type sofa bed area! (though we didn’t really use the space above) There’s even a washing machine available for use. I also really liked that you can just access the unit via the digital lock, no keys needed! There is a mall where you can get what you need but the owner also has a small pantry drawer where you can purchase some necessities. One minor issue was the expensive parking fees but you may get away with it if you book ahead of time so they can try to get you a parking spot from another condo owner. And there’s AF here! Very convenient! Would really love to come back. Thank you so much!

The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place is clean, beautifully designed, and smells amazing. It had everything we needed. The location is also perfect—close to the mall with a lovely view from the balcony. Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Was not expecting it to be in the 31st floor but I have no complaints, just don't look down if you're afraid of heights! 😆 Martin (Damon's cohost) was lovely and very responsive and answered every question we had. My partner and I loved how everything we could need was in the unit, especially the filtered water. Our only issue was the little roaches, those were not fun to see in the kitchen and the bed. Everything else was amazing, the unit is gorgeous and has nearby restaurants and cafes that are walkable. Would recommend this unit to anyone staying in BGC! 🥰

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

Nice place to stay, the unit is situated right beside Venice Grand Canal mall, there are many things to do around the area. Check-in process was smooth and the host is very responsive to all our queries. The unit is as described in the listing, we had a cozy and very comfortable stay. Good view of the Mckinely West from the balcony area. In our stay, we cooked our food at the unit too and managed to buy around the mini grocery on the building accross and "The Marketplace" in the mall.

stayed on a short two day business trip but it's centrally located in BGC and walking distance to everywhere I needed to go. lots of restaurant options around.

Darin was very helpful and met me outside to help me check in. He even paid for my taxi cab since I didn’t have cash to pay the driver after struggling to take out cash at the ATM! If it’s your first time in Manila, remember to bring cash and change it for local currency at the airport first.

The location was perfect, the home was cozy, clean and beautifully decorated..The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.
