We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kuttikanam! The place was immaculate, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with great hospitality, this is the perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Stunning lake view right in front! Anish was incredibly proactive and supportive throughout our stay. His mother was lovely and even prepared a delicious lunch for us. The entire experience was cozy and felt just like home. Both the indoor and outdoor ambience were absolutely amazing.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

Abraham is a gentleman host and proactive in his communications. His place exceeds the description and photos you see in Airbnb. The last 400 meters is a bit rough, but can be handled with careful driving. The pool looks like it's still under construction and once completed it will be an excellent addition. It's still usable, and we had a lot of fun in the water. The property is surrounded by greenery and mostly you will be hearing the birds singing and chirping. The food prepared by the inhouse chef is excellent, though one may have to stick to Kerala/TN cuisine. There is a restaurant just 500m from the property. Highly recommended property if you are planning for a get together. Probably some board games and a shuttle net will be a worthwhile addition.

Had a delightful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host especially Mr Thomas and Thusara was incredibly accommodating, providing clear instructions and quick responses. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and full of character. We were a family group and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manu's Villa. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the famous Sree Krishna temple and a Devi temple in Thiruvarppu. Walking to the temple at dawn was a truly divine and calming experience. Thiruvarppu itself is a charming village, peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The villa itself was very clean—the rooms, linens, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very well maintained. The villa felt like a true home away from home. Manu was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always just a phone call away. His warm hospitality made us feel well taken care of. We are definitely planning to make this our regular spot whenever we visit again. For longer stays, it would be great to have a caretaker drop by daily to clean, but that’s just a suggestion to make an already wonderful place even better. Overall, it was an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next visit.

Good experience at Pine Escape by Cluster Cloud. Hassle free check-in. Good support by the Arun, the caretaker. He served us with simple but delicious breakfast in the morning. Overall ambiance was very good and gives the feel of privacy. Property is well enough for a 6 adult group with two bedrooms in the ground floor and one in the upstairs with a balcony.

Our stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The home was clean, and the host was very responsive. We felt right at home. It is located near serene places, and the locals are friendly and warm. It feels like a true connection to nature.

Place is good. Rooms are spacious 5 bedrooms available. Common areas and car parking areas are good. Kitchen utensils are not so good and ccoking gas not available. Rest all are fine

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb for 3 weeks and we really enjoyed our time there! Joseph was a great host, super friendly and he was always around to take care of our needs. The house itself is very homely and clean, and being on the main road we had ease of access to bakeries and other shops. The only drawback we found were some drainage issues with one of the bathrooms, but besides that, we would really recommend this place! Thank you Joseph

Had a great time at the stay hosted by Saira. The property itself has a very unique and vintage feel to it. The rooms and other spaces where set up in a simple yet elegant manner which gives you a sense of peace and serenity. It's surrounded by greenary at the same time very close to the town. The rooms and the bathrooms were kept very clean. Additional mattresses and mats were available so was linen and blankets. Kitchen had all necessary equipments for cooking. Coming to the host herself, Saira was very responsive and helpful from the day of the booking. Her and her family's presence ensures that the stay will go smoothly. She was there for any and all questions or suggestions we had. All in all it's a great stay with a great host. I wouldn't think twice about booking again.
