Beach house holiday rentals in Patong Beach

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool is bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

We stayed for two weeks, host was really responsive with our questions, location was really quiet, villa was great in amazing condition and very brand new. Housekeeping were always available and pool cleaning also. had an amazing time during our stay.

My friends and I had such a great stay in Rawai. The place was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Leon, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. The villa is exactly as it looks on the photos. It was extremely clean, easy to find and enter. It's visible that the place was used quite a bit (i.e. it's not new) but we felt extremely comfortable and it was absolutely worth the price. There is complete privacy and peace. I would definitely recommend this place!

I could go on & on about how great this place is. The location, the villa itself, and the staff are just absolutely amazing. I would recommend this to everyone. The team at the villa will accommodate anything you need. Had to be the best customer service I’ve ever had. Will be returning 100%.

Overall, our stay was good. The location was very convenient and felt safe as well. Prapa was very responsive and helpful in accommodating me and my guest. She even offered to have the cleaners come in when I noticed some worms in the toilet. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, especially for large traveling groups!

We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights at Bangtao Sweet Home. Our host was extremely helpful and looked after us like family. She even assisted us in booking a trip. She arrived when we arrived to show us everything and we were offered a taxi from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with many cute cafes around. We particularly enjoyed walking around 20 mins to the closest beach clubs. The location of sweet home was ideal as it’s near the west side of the island where you can see a beautiful sunset over the sea. We truly felt looked after on this trip, and we would recommend to all. It is very private and secure. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very relaxing. We found this place to be the perfect size for two people. When we took a taxi out and about we would recommend to have it picked up from the road rather than the apartment as it’s quite difficult for the car to get to, unless it you are using a motorbike. Thank you for a lovely trip! We can’t wait to come back.

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

This Air BnB is one of the best I've stayed in and I have stayed in many! Sukee is the most generous, thought of everything a guest could want, helpful with transportation, host I've met. The space is really beautiful with a gorgeous view of the water. Photos can't tell you how beautiful it is! Very peaceful, private, quiet. Large veranda to hang out on. Clean. The bedding was luxurious, large screen TV with Netflix. Kitchen had every thing I needed plus some thoughtful snacks. Beer and wine in the fridge. It was great to have an easy to use washer after traveling for 6 weeks! I really didn't want to leave even to explore the area! I highly recommend this place and thank you, Sukee, for all your kindness.

The house is in a great location. Right on the edge of the forest in a quiet neighborhood. Everything as in the pictures and clean. We forgot something in the house. Fly to Ko Samui after our stay in Phuket and Pim sent us a package to our hotel in Ko Samui. That was really super nice! Would recommend to anyone to sleep here. Thanks Pim

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Thailand . Very quiet location , amazing view, villa itself amazing. High ceilings give that feeling of space and air. Nice swimming pool ! Loved the bathtub , it’s important for me. On the roof you can make picture of sunset 🌄which is really impressive. Villa is very clean, owner was very welcome 🌺I highly recommend for private rest and recharge . Or spend time with your loved ones
